  I've had excellent experiences with GVEC HVAC and want to recognize both Carlos and Antonio for their outstanding service. Carlos arrived early (after the office called to make sure that was okay), was professional, polite, and respectful, and took the time to ask about my concerns before beginning the inspection. He was very considerate of my home, wearing shoe covers to avoid tracking in dirt. He performed a thorough AC inspection, making sure everything was operating properly and ready to handle the Texas heat. He even went above and beyond by replacing the deteriorated protective covering on the wiring outside my unit, leaving it looking like new and better protected. I later called GVEC back because my AC would not turn off, and Antonio came out to diagnose the issue. He was just as professional, courteous, and thorough. After carefully troubleshooting the system, he determined that my thermostat needed to be replaced. He provided a detailed report, explained his findings, and took the time to answer all of my questions. What really stood out about Antonio was his thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. I happened to be cleaning my floors when he arrived, and before he left, he even offered to help clean them. That level of kindness and respect for my home was truly appreciated. Both Carlos and Antonio demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their work. I highly recommend GVEC HVAC. If either Carlos or Antonio is assigned to your service, you can feel confident you are in great hands. You will not be disappointed!

  Jose was outstanding! He explained everything he was doing throughout the process, getting my approval before any additional cost were incurred. He was even patient enough to answer my questions upon questions about the HVAC system, and how it did this and why it did that… lol. Really helped me feel confident to have an idea about what was going on with my AC unit, instead of just handing money over blindly. Thank you again Jose for the education & taking our house temperature from a sweltering 86° to a delightful 72° allowing us all a good nights rest.

  Justin was very nice. Loved his sense of humor. He got my A/C unit working. He was a lifesaver because it was very hot in my house. He is an asset to your company that’s for sure.

  The tech went to my old house first. We haven’t lived there in 3 years. The necessary part is not in stock and must be ordered. We were told it would be 3-7 working days before the part arrives. The part came in quicker than expected and was contacted asap and was scheduled the next day. Jaxon the first tech and Lawerence the second tech both were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you GVEC
