- KGKenneth GrantJun 25, 20265.0Blower motor went out 6/18 pm and first available technician Saturday afternoon. Replacement part not available even after technician went to the Schertz office to look for one. Blower was ordered on Monday 6/22. Technician came out Thursday around 1:45 pm with new blower and completed he repair/replacemnt. Very satisfied with Lawrence’ effort and Jaxson completing this work. Under warranty except for $186 Saturday after hours. I do think there should be a way to expedite shipping for a fee for faster delivery parts.

He cleared my clogged drain line & explained to me why the AC stop functioning as it would have overflowed the pan & dripped on the ceiling. He ran later in the evening Due to other service calls. Once on site, he went to work immediately and everything has been working fine since. I would recommend him! GVEC HONORED THE WARRANTY Of the equipment they installed And there was no other charge other than $120 previously charged during the first visit… The wait was irritating Felt like an intentional delay after the first call
