I had Maxx, Justin and Jaxon out at my house on three different occasions. All three techs were courteous and professional. Jaxon figured out the problem with my new unit and but didn't have the part (this was on a Saturday). I had to wait a couple of days, but they got the warranty part on Monday and Maxx came back to my house and put the new part in, and my a/c is working great now. Thanks again to all three techs.

Lawrence was an excellent technician. He was very nice and polite. He took the time to explain the process to me and made sure to break down the technical stuff so I actually understood it. He reached out to me prior to arriving to let me know when he would be arriving which was very nice. I will definitely be using this company again in the future because of Lawrence!

I've had excellent experiences with GVEC HVAC and want to recognize both Carlos and Antonio for their outstanding service. Carlos arrived early (after the office called to make sure that was okay), was professional, polite, and respectful, and took the time to ask about my concerns before beginning the inspection. He was very considerate of my home, wearing shoe covers to avoid tracking in dirt. He performed a thorough AC inspection, making sure everything was operating properly and ready to handle the Texas heat. He even went above and beyond by replacing the deteriorated protective covering on the wiring outside my unit, leaving it looking like new and better protected. I later called GVEC back because my AC would not turn off, and Antonio came out to diagnose the issue. He was just as professional, courteous, and thorough. After carefully troubleshooting the system, he determined that my thermostat needed to be replaced. He provided a detailed report, explained his findings, and took the time to answer all of my questions. What really stood out about Antonio was his thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. I happened to be cleaning my floors when he arrived, and before he left, he even offered to help clean them. That level of kindness and respect for my home was truly appreciated. Both Carlos and Antonio demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their work. I highly recommend GVEC HVAC. If either Carlos or Antonio is assigned to your service, you can feel confident you are in great hands. You will not be disappointed!
