  Called Garrett’s Plumbing for a water leak in our home rain water collection system. Our pump would continuously cycle on and off which would have surely burned it out eventually. Ron (owner) personally came out and located the leak immediately. Thank goodness the micro leak was not under our driveway or worse; in our foundation. Ron suggested we install an expansion tank in our pump house to alleviate pressure from water expansion in our lines which could help prevent future leaks. We are extremely happy and satisfied with Garrett’s Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again.

  After a plumbing problem over the weekend, they were extremely responsive and Ronnie (the owner) showed up first thing Monday morning. He was very communicative about the plan and updates throughout the project and worked with me on a solution that fixed the issue as well as the cause to avoid it in the future. He and the other employees that I interacted with were timely and professional. I strongly recommend!

  The workers were great, the communication, the attention to detail and friendliness exceeded expectations. Gave us a quote and stood by it, no trying to upsell or upcharge. We needed our water lines to be dug down deeper than they were. They were clean, on time and walked us through step by step along the way. The guys were so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely be calling them again for any future services!

  The guys were on time, painfully honest (determined I didn't need any service whatsoever/false alarm), and then refused to allow me to even pay their callout fee. They were also courteous and respectful. As far as contract work goes, they were flawless. Cannot recommend enough!
