We did a whole home first floor tile renovation of our New Braunfels home (we also did an upstairs bathroom). We worked with Iliana Luna in the San Marcos office, she was amazing and so helpful! We were told it would take 3 weeks and Floor King delivered on the 3 week time line, but more importantly the work was done perfectly. We could not be more please. Especially with our master bathroom shower. It is everything that we wanted.

One of my service vans for Moorhead Service Company had a mechanical issue which led to my tech pulling over in Floor Kings parking lot and they were so kind and understanding. They gave us water to fill the radiator reservoir! I just wanted to say thank you and if I’m in the market for some flooring I’ll definitely come back by!

We have completed two commercial projects with Iliana at Floor King in San Marcos, and her service has been outstanding every step of the way. She has been a tremendous help in coordinating materials & answering questions. Her knowledge of the products and attention to detail made a big difference for our team. What truly sets Iliana apart is her customer service. She is responsive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help find solutions when challenges arise. In an industry where reliability is critical, she consistently delivers. We highly recommend Iliana and the entire Floor King San Marcos team. We look forward to working with her on future projects. Her customer service is truly unmatched.

We had an excellent experience with Floor King! Iliana was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our entire renovation. She helped us find high-quality products at reasonable prices and went above and beyond by offering valuable design ideas and guidance. Renovations can feel overwhelming, but Iliana was always there to help, making the process much easier and more manageable. She consistently checked in with us while we waited for our products to arrive and continued to follow up throughout the renovation to make sure everything was going smoothly. We truly appreciate her exceptional customer service, knowledge, and dedication. We highly recommend Floor King and will definitely be returning for our next project!
