I contacted them less than a year ago. We have a mini split systems that wasn't working. Service came out in about 2 days. All said and done we ended up purchasing 4 new mini split heads with them. One day after installed started giving the same codes as before. I sent Tommy Sr. a text with no response until my next text said that maybe we spent $5k for nothing. Immediately he called me and wasn't very professional with me.. but service did come out added more freon and all has been good for around 8 months. Then our AC stopped blowing cold. I contacted them and it took 3 days before they could come out. Service, Tommy Jr., came out and said it's the outside unit not the mini split heads they installed. I advised that the outside unit should still be under warranty with LG. We'll contact the company that sold that unit was Baker. And apparently they do not do business with Baker any longer. So, we contacted contractor that purchased that unit from Baker and he agreed to deal with them directly for the part that Tommy Jr said was needed. I received a call from Tommy Sr telling me that he received parts that he ordered from a different company even though his son was knew that someone else was working with Tommy Jr to help with warranty. When I told him that he, very unprofessional, told me to get the other guy to install it then and hung up on me.
Just wanted to advise that Tommy Sr is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if things don't go his way.
Service texts were good at their job.

Tried working with them to get warranted parts replaced on a warranted condensing unit that another company from North TX installed 4 years ago. Tommy indicated that they didn’t deal with the particular distributor that would supply the parts. We worked with the other company in North TX to talk with Tommy and get the warranted parts as Tommy didn’t install the condensing unit. He was very nice about it and then another individual from Competition called and said that they’d ordered the parts and that they were in. When my sister in law said that the other company was getting the parts he abruptly replied “Well have the other company install those parts” and hung up. My sister in law was totally flabbergasted. They knew they would be paying for labor and the service call to install the parts and since the other company had been in contact with Tommy they thought everything was going as planned. Now the parts are due in this week and the older gentleman that called has cancelled. Totally unprofessional.
