  If you're looking for a great home in an excellent community, Chesmar Homes at TRACE is a must see! They have multiple floor plans to choose from with both inventory homes or too be built options. If you build, the design center is located right at the model to make things even easier. They also support realtor partners, so be sure and have your own representation before you visit! The community has a fantastic amenity center as well as parks throughout and is located in a convenient location.
