Not only do I love my new windows but a couple of weeks after my installation my sales man Dennis called me and said I over paid by $285.00 and personally hand delivered me a check! Now that is true honesty!! I highly recommend Window World to anyone that is looking to get new frames/windows! After my installation was done Dennis came by to make sure I was happy with my new windows and also the installation guys were very professional and worked well together!!

Dennis arrived on time, communicated well throughout the process, and was pleasant and easy to talk to. What stood out most was that he never made me feel pressured. Unlike many salespeople, he truly listened to my needs and concerns and took the time to answer my questions. I felt comfortable and respected throughout the entire appointment. In contrast, when I had a salesperson from Renewal by Andersen come out, I felt very uncomfortable because of the high-pressure sales approach. If you're considering new windows, I highly recommend asking for Dennis Bojorquez. You'll be glad you did. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. We need more people like him in customer service.

It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
