  Do not recommend buying here people have parties and we call sheriffs and nothing happens Do not recommend if you have a family also the built of the homes is very poor it’s a “new” home and so many problems with the flooring in the second floor all the outlets are poorly installed the fence is breaking down a lot of the moldings are not put right you could see where they cut a lot of corners with the building of these houses Sales people just hurry you up through the whole process so you miss a lot of the imperfections of the home over all not happy and not satisfied can’t wait to sell this home and get away from this nightmare neighborhood All these “good reviews” are probably the same sales guys creating fake accounts or paying people off for them Because I do not understand how someone could be so happy living here

  Horrible build homes sales process was ok the sales guy Cody Johnson was just in such a hurry only caring about the commission check And one other thing that I hate about this community is the parking neighbors with a lot of friends and a lot of cars parking in other peoples parking spaces I regret with everything in my heart buying a house here and specifically with all the crime that’s been happening around the area DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!

  I just moved in here in May. So far it's been fantastic. Nice neighbors, good outdoor lighting and quiet. If you're looking for mature trees this is not for you. Obviously trees need time to grow and this being a new community it has a 2 trees in the yard and one out in front. I rent here and there are a lot of investor homes either for sale or rent. However my experience has been so far, that the homeowners are accepting of the renters. I do know that the interior of my house is wonderful, no complaints at all. The yards are very big so bring your self propelled lawn mower! I'm really enjoying my life here so far. Pretty soon the traffic to get here will be better because they are widening Culebra Rd to 4 lanes which will make the commute less hairy. Garbage pickup had both recycling and regular pickup on Wednesday mornings. I'm retired and really enjoy the pools here. Yes! 2 pools! Both only go up to about 4ft deep and the times I've been have been great. The playground is a huge plus as well. This is a family oriented community and has a nice mix of ethnicities. The builder seems to have really put some thought into this development.

  Paulina is AMAZING! She takes the time to walk you through the process, answer all questions, and makes you feel comfortable in such an important (and somewhat scary) transaction. I highly recommend working with Paulina if you need help finding a home with Starlight at Trails at Culebra!!
