  I called because my HVAC had been randomly and intermittently shutting off. A tech was dispatched and did an apparent diagnostic in less than 15 minutes. The only two solutions presented were: 1. A repair costing about $5,000, or 2. A replacement of both outside and inside units costing about $9,000. Of course, I sought for a second opinion and the problem that was found was a much simpler one- easily fixed by replacing a breaker. I DID NOT APPRECIATE Tietze's service because in hindsight, it just seemed like the tech just wanted a commission from the sale of equipment as opposed to helping solve a simple problem. I do, however, have to give the company credit because the diagnostic was free and the tech offered a military discount for the estimated cost for the repair or replacement. Perhaps Tietze's service that day was a fluke, or maybe just the tech; but based on my experience, I would seek another opinion elsewhere before paying for services.

  We've used Tietze Plumbing many times, and they always come through for us! Tyler has helped us on multiple occasions, and every experience has been excellent. He's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always does a great job. It's such a relief knowing we can count on Tietze Plumbing whenever we need them. They're the only plumbing company I recommend to all of my friends and family. Thank you for the consistently outstanding service!

  I called Tietze Plumbing for an AC and plumbing check. Dylan was very knowledgeable and personable. He checked the items that were requested and gave recommendations. Highly recommend Tietze plumbing for your plumbing, heating, and air needs.

  My 90 year-old dad had a leak in the yard where it was completely saturated with water. SAWS said that they couldn’t send someone out until Friday. Another company that we called said they couldn’t come out till Friday as well. I called today at around 12 noon. Crystal was very polite and she checked right away to see if they had anyone that can go today. It was scheduled between 2 PM to 6 PM. Brian gave me a call, told me he was 30 minutes out at 1300. This was even before the scheduled time. Brian showed up to my dad’s house. My uncle was there to help. They identified the leak right away and Brian got to work on fixing it. He did some checks to see if it wasn’t leaking anywhere else and it wasn’t. My dad was completely overwhelmed with happiness because it was fixed the same day . I have nothing to compare the prices to, but a lot of the reviews on here said their prices were fair market prices and they had no fee for coming to look at it. Overall, I would recommend them and I would call them again if My dad ever has issues. Thanks, Brian and Crystal
