  Alex and his crew were amazing! All of them were very professional and courteous, and we are extremely pleased with the final product. If I had known they were going to be this beautiful I would have replaced the windows long ago. Alex put us at ease from the start, he definitely knows his craft! After getting 4 bids we chose The Window Source for their attention to detail, a quality product and an unbeatable price. Thank you!

  I saw these people on Fox 29 and I needed to get my two sets of windows in my House repaired. I called these people up twice and no one answered the phone but just leave a voicemail. I tried a third time when someone finally answered the phone. As soon as he answered the phone the person didn't even let me talk, this guy was off and running trying to sell me the whole world. I was just looking at repairing my windows. I had to interrupt him and tell him to "Shut Up" and let me talk. I mean this guy needed to be retrained. Anyways when he let me talk I told him what I wanted and I set up an appointment unfortunately it was a couple of days away. The day of the appointment I decided that the bad taste in my mouth was enough from these people and I told him that. He replied "Good" when I canceled and I said fine with me. Don't bother with these people save your money and blood pressure.

  We had a great experience with Creative Sunroom’s from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we are absolutely loving our new enclosure! It has completely transformed our space and added so much comfort to our home. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service!

  Five years later and we are still extremely happy with our replacement windows from The Window Source of San Antonio. As we head into the summer months, we can confidently say the windows have made a noticeable difference in maintaining the temperature inside our home and improving overall comfort. The entire experience, from installation to after-care service, has been outstanding. Joseph, Mike, Pete, and Moses have always been attentive, responsive, and great to work with whenever we've had questions or requests. We would absolutely recommend The Window Source of San Antonio to anyone considering replacing their windows. In fact, we are now looking into having them replace our front door and French patio doors as well.
