  Ashley was our New Home Consultant and would recommend her to anyone looking into a new home. She helped us find and perfect place and put up with our thousands concerns and questions. The town square concept was so different from anything we had looked at and Ashley helped us find the perfect floor plan! Everyday I sit on my balcony and say out loud “I can’t believe I get to live here.” It’s not very often you find someone that truly puts your needs before the sale and that exactly what she did!

  Amazing Homes-that are 3 story! I love the location of the homes to the pool, and the neighborhood trails. Josh is the best!

  The houses themselves are really different!! They remind me of small beach vacation rentals. I really dislike the driveway set up!! I would not like to share a driveway with 3 other neighbors. The yards are also very small!Definitely not a home suitable for a family in my opinion.
