  I can't say enough how pleased we are with our walk- in shower. The men did an excellant job installing it and cleanup after they were finished. I would highly recomend them.

  Andrew was polite when he arrived and explained the remodeling process. He showed us the different BCI acrylic options and answered our questions. Unfortunately, the overall experience left a bad impression. Throughout the presentation, he repeatedly emphasized how “pricey” and “expensive” everything was before we had even made a decision. Instead of feeling like we were being helped find the right solution, it felt like the focus was on preparing us for a very high price. After he gave us the quote, he stepped outside to give us a few minutes to talk. When he came back in, he said he could “read the room” and already knew we weren’t going to move forward. That comment came across as dismissive and rubbed me the wrong way. It made me feel like he had already judged us based on our reaction, rather than taking the time to understand our concerns or discuss other options. We weren’t saying no because we didn’t value qualitywe simply felt the price for one bathroom was more than we were comfortable spending. Instead of trying to work with us, the conversation ended there. Professionalism is about making customers feel respected regardless of whether they decide to buy. Unfortunately, I left feeling judged rather than helped.

  Excellent workmanship, very professional staff. Worked every detail to my satisfaction. I would say Angel and Adrian worked above and beyond my expectations. Explained everything prior to starting and kept me updated. Hoghly recommended!! Definitely 5 stars

  This company keeps calling me, over a year later, and I have repeatedly asked to have my number off the call list. We went a different route for a remodel. They call and their phone number is from all over the country and I can’t just block the number because then I get another call with a different number.
