  As homeowners in this Starlight Homes / Ashton Woods community, many of us are extremely frustrated with the lack of transparency regarding the amenity center and pool opening. On April 17, the HOA management company, RealManage, sent a community-wide email stating that “final city approvals” were one of the reasons the pool was still not open. However, public records from the City of Hutto show: ✅ Electrical Final Inspection — PASSED February 25, 2026 ✅ Mechanical Final Inspection — PASSED February 25, 2026 ✅ Plumbing Final Inspection — PASSED February 25, 2026 ✅ Building Final Inspection — PASSED March 13, 2026 ✅ Certificate of Occupancy — ISSUED March 13, 2026 Every required inspection passed, and the City issued the Certificate of Occupancy more than a month before residents were told city approvals were still pending. At this point, homeowners deserve: * Honest and accurate communication * A clear explanation for the continued delay * A real opening date for the pool * Proper transition toward homeowner HOA governance This community has largely been built and sold, and residents should not have to spend the beginning of summer without access to amenities that were marketed to buyers. We are asking Starlight Homes, Ashton Woods, and RealManage to provide transparency and accountability to the homeowners who invested in this neighborhood.
