  Roadrunner responded to our afterhour plumbing issue in a timely manner and fix the problem. The service technician Matthew Eagle was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks to the on call scheduler and the technician for taking care of us. I highly recommend Roadrunner. Thanks again.

  Vincent quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it easily. He showed me an actual video of the issue and why it needed the repair he made. He was generally very friendly and accommodating since he has had more than 20 years experience doing this kind of work, it’s really nice to know that I am in good hands!

  Mike Marra, Mike Sanchez, and Demarcus were extremely professional and helpful during the install of our new whole home water softener. They were very thorough in explaining any changes that arose during the job and the different options available to me. Special thank you to Mike sanchez for his exceptional patience & professionalism. As a homeowner, having someone with clear communication that treats every question with respect makes a huge difference and I really appreciate the care he took throughout the project! Overall the crew worked hard and were committed to doing the job correctly without any shortcuts. I will definitely be using Mike and his team for all future plumbing needs!

  Horrible and uncomfortable experience. While the technician himself was not bad, the overall experience was incredibly frustrating because it felt like a high-pressure sales appointment rather than a service call. From the moment he finished his assessment of the problem, the conversation centered almost entirely on replacing my HVAC system. He repeatedly said he was there to “earn our trust” and help us, yet every recommendation led back to purchasing a new unit. I asked several times about repair options, but none were meaningfully discussed. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was being repeatedly questioned about why I wasn’t ready to purchase a new system. I never felt like my concerns were being heard or that my budget and preferences were being respected. A service professional should educate the customer, present all available options, and allow the homeowner to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I finally had to be direct and almost ask him to leave my home. In my opinion, this company needs to place greater emphasis on listening skills, professionalism, and customer service. High-pressure sales tactics are not how trust is built. I own three homes and regularly require HVAC services. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will never use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for honest, customer-focused HVAC service.

  Can't really explain how grateful I am for all the work these guys have done. I started working with them on a small job at first but came back with some questions about a bigger future job. These experiences alone left me feeling better than I had with other companies. But then the worst happened.... my ac completely died on me in the middle of this muggy june. While it was an expense I really wasn't ready to deal with they did their best to make it as easy on me as possible and got me what I feel is a very good deal for the amount of time and work that has gone into the job so far. They really were dedicated to trying to get my AC back up and running and I'm so grateful. I've worked with several of the guys by now mentioned in these reviews and they've all been wonderful to work with. Very friendly and willing to explain things without trying to scare you into buying the most expensive option.
