  They sent Aaron Taylor out to my place the first day. He was absolutely great to the point this company is going to be saved for later. You could tell he enjoyed his job and was proud of his work as he should be. He assessed a hidden leak SAWS was dinging me for that was underground and unseen. Not only did he find it more certainly than the plumber I had out just before him, but they offered lower prices too. His apprentice (I unfortunately can't recall his name) came out the next day (because of the nature of the dig and the time he started the previous day) to help and they are both great guys to have around. I know I have another issue with my pressure valve and they will be called back.

  SAWS said we had a leak, couldn't find it so called a plumber. He couldn't find it. So we called Radiant Plumbing and Aaron found the leak. He dug a small hole and sure enough there it was hiding under the landscape. Aaron is super friendly and did a great job showing us the issue and talking us through the repair. He got it fixed quickly too. Price was reasonable for all the work he did.

  Aaron was knowledgeable. I liked that didn’t just flush the hot water tank once, but he flushed it at least three or four times to make sure that the calcium deposits were completely out of the tank. He also ran a water test with the test stick when he saw how much calcium deposits came out of my 2.5 year old hot water tank during the first and second flush.

  We had a baby two weeks ago, and on Thursday our AC unit suddenly started dripping water onto the floor. My parents had just left after spending two weeks helping us with the newborn, so my wife and I were officially on our own as new parents for the first time. Needless to say, an AC problem in the middle of a Texas summer—with a two-week-old baby at home—was about the last thing we needed. We already had an appointment scheduled for the next day with our previous HVAC provider, but when we called to explain that the unit was now actively leaking, they told us they couldn’t address the issue until the following Wednesday. That wasn’t going to work for us. I’m originally from Austin and have known about Radiant for as long as I can remember. They’ve always had a great reputation there, and when I saw they had an operation here in San Antonio, I figured I’d give them a call. I’m so glad I did. I explained our situation, and within just two or three hours, Radiant had someone at our house. They diagnosed the problem, took care of it, and now I’m sitting here writing this review with our AC back up and running perfectly—for what I consider a very fair price. What started as a pretty stressful situation for two brand-new parents turned into an enormous relief. The responsiveness, service, and overall experience were fantastic. I know exactly who I’ll be calling the next time we need HVAC or plumbing help. Thank you, Radiant, for taking care of me and my growing family. You earned a customer today. Oh, and of course shoutout to, Kelly, our technician who made it happen.

  I called Radient plumbing on Monday 7/27/2026 for my water pressure valve (PRV) replacement. Technician was very friendly and it was nice talking to him, but the price for water pressure valve replacement was quoted at over $1,300. I have replaced my valve in the past here in Helotes, TX and when I was in AZ and both times the cost was about $400. Radiant staff was friendly, but cannot accept paying over $1,300 for water pressure valve replacement. I paid them the service-call fee of $59 and let them go. It is rather unfortunate to have such a huge difference in price. I called the company I normally use today 7/29/2026, and they came and took care of it for about $600. I understand it's 5 years since I replaced it last, and therefore it made sense for the price to go up. It's all about fairness to me. Cost of repair being up by 50% is high, but 200% is crazy. Please make sure you compare estimates when you call Radiant plumbing...it may serve you well.
