  David Hawkinson from Radiant plumbing helped fix a clogged drain in our bathtub, the project ended up significantly more involved than originally expected, but he happily honored the original estimate they had built for me. Definitely went above and beyond. Friendly staff, quick response, very professional. For sure my go-to plumbers!

  I was having some issues with my old bathroom faucet which turned out to be a bigger and more time consuming issue for me to handle on my own so I called Radiant. They were super friendly on the phone and I was able to get scheduled same day and at my availability which was great! Gunner showed up and did an awesome job. He was super friendly and very professional. He presented me with all my options and completed the repair in no time and was a pleasure to talk to during the repair. Funny thing is that I have a service plan with another company and they were not able to schedule me for same day service. Can't thank Gunner and Radiant enough for the fast, friendly, and professional service I recieved.

  Megan in the main office is excellent. Outstanding communication and demeanor, very friendly. Chris Pelayo, the tech assigned to the project was right on time, asked questions, and did a fantastic job articulating what my needs would be. Wonderful experience, and very well done.

  My HVAC stopped blowing cold air this morning and I was quoted by another company for $525 ror replace a thermostat that wasnt 'sending signal' to the system. Radiant sent Kelly out to check and he was able to find the problem which was a mich cheaper fix. Radiant coming in clutch as always!

  Terrible scheduling system.... You never know when they will show up so you have to take the Entire day off sitting around waiting for them.... In this day and the the technology is available....... Also the plumber decided to adjust our hot water heater and just not tell us, did he think we wouldn't notice he turned it down?? We also had a terrible HVAC guy blow our lines last year, in the middle of summer.... We had to go back and forth with them for 4 weeks until they could get it fully repaired.... It was a nightmare! They also don't keep accurate records so Everytime they ask me about the sterilization light, saying I should replace it. I have to remind them they Just replaced it. Just a lot of incompetent technicians.... Always trying to peddle something. Would recommend going elsewhere
