    Derek, Paul, and Mark did a great job maintaining my system, they cleared the drain, checked the indoor and outdoor unit, showed me pictures and videos of things they recommended and they are the greatest, I highly recommend their service as it is the best in town.

    We kept getting messages from San Antonio Water system telling us that the water was running continuously. Hector came out and did a very thorough investigation. When he couldn't find a leak, I called SAWS. They asked me a lot of questions and then talked to Hector. Both SAWS and Hector worked together and decided it was probably the water softener. Problem solved by putting in a new system. Hector was polite, thorough and informative. I can't say enough positive words about him.

    Derrick Lynn came out and resolved an issue I was having. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and how I could prevent possible future issues. Got on the maintenance plan, which I should have done when they installed my Trane unit day one. I won't use anyone else.

    I've used radiant for the last 4 years since they were the onset that installed my new unit and I wanted them to keep up with the maintenance since they are supposed to be familiar with the equipment they sell. I couldn't have made a worse decision. I've had more problems with this a/c unit since they installed it than I did with my 10 year old unit that finally broke down on me. Every couple of months there is always an issue with my unit. They couldn't do the welding right when they first installed it which led to months of b.s. techs coming out and doing patch work on each other's work. Only when I called and complained did they actually come out and replace said pipe and start over. Then it was a issue with the unit not cooling because of comms. Issues with my inside unit and outside unit. Then it was said im not washing my coils on the outside unit ( which i do regularly)etc. It was just one story and excuse of why I cant go a full 6 months without having to call sombody out. Ill never use them again. Everytime a tech comes out they say I need to buy all kinds of equipment to really make my unit run properly. Avoid Radiant at all cost. Its been a nightmare

    Absolutely terrible experience. I was told upfront about a $59 dispatch fee, which was fine. What wasn’t disclosed was an additional $120 “diagnostic” charge just for the technician to use basic tools. That only came up AFTER the visit, which is extremely misleading. The technician they sent couldn’t even do the job I requested. I asked about installing a whole-home dehumidifier and adding a return duct, and he couldn’t provide a quote. He spent most of the time calling his sales manager and then told me someone else would have to come out on another visit just to quote it. So now I’m expected to pay multiple service fees just to get pricing? That’s ridiculous. They did run something through their system and showed me on a phone that my setup is “undersized,” but there was no real explanation, no measurements provided, and no actual solution—just a vague statement and a push for another visit. To make it worse, they didn’t even tune or service the system during the visit. So I paid extra fees for absolutely no value. Hidden charges, unqualified techs, and zero deliverables. Complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend.
