  The team was helpful throughout the process and made it easier to figure out what would work best for the space. Installation went smoothly, the crew kept everything clean, and the finished sunroom completely changed how we use the area now. It feels bright, comfortable, and like a natural extension of the home.

  We could not be happier with our new patio enclosure from Patio Enclosures! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. What really stood out to us was the communication throughout the entire process. The team kept us informed every step of the way, which we truly appreciated. We did have an issue with one of the motors, but Dawn Melton, the Operations Administrator, took care of it immediately. She kept us updated on the status, let us know exactly when the replacement would arrive, and made sure it was replaced quickly. That level of customer service and follow-through made a huge impression on us. Our patio turned out absolutely beautiful and has completely upgraded our backyard space. The workmanship and attention to detail really show, and the final product looks even better than we imagined. Thank you to Dawn Melton and the entire Patio Enclosures team for creating such a gorgeous space for us to enjoy. Highly recommend!

  I don't recommend Patio Enclosures in San Antonio. Over promised and under delivered. Sales person didn't know that Patio Enclosures no longer did business with the door company. The door ended up having to be purchased by Patio Enclosures from Lowe's. Measurements taken locally changed without our knowledge. The product measurements delivered didn't match those taken locally. This resulted in the door being in the wrong place which in turn we had to have a sprinkler head moved. The installation should have taken a day, took five days. The door had to be purchased, then the screen above the door had to be made locally by the supervisor. Don't seem a priority. The only bright star was Nic, the installer. He did a good job with what he was provided. The installation supervisor never did show up during the installation, as he said he would.....

  Patio enclosures consultant Art Jasso did a home visit today. His professionalism and outstanding how to knowledge will be a big factor if I choose to move forward with this project or not. His down to earth personality and attitude was almost like having family over. I am picking between several projects I like to get done, if I was just choosing just one, I would choose my patio hands down. He is a true professional!
