  I wanted to wait until all of our repairs were completed before sharing this review, so I could speak to the full experience. One Hour helped us with several items, including surge protectors for both AC units, UV lights, a motor replacement, and an attic fan installation. Christopher was excellent throughout the process. He clearly explained what each repair would provide and how it would support the long‑term health of our AC systems. He also went above and beyond—while working in the attic, he noticed a few air ducts that had been cramped by the builder and were restricting airflow. He fixed them on the spot. It was a small but meaningful gesture that showed real care and attention beyond the scheduled work. We also appreciate the clear line‑item estimates before each job and the convenient online invoices afterward. The only small improvement we’d suggest is a bit more communication around scheduling and estimated completion times so we can plan our day accordingly. Overall, we’ve been very satisfied with the repairs and the excellent service One Hour has provided!

  One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came out and serviced our AC Unit. Christopher did great! He had us cooling in our home and even went the extra mile with some helpful supplies he left to help keep our AC Unit clean. If your AC Unit needs to be cleaned, have routine maintenance or a complete over haul call One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning they're fair. Ask for Christopher he will take care of your AC Unit.

  The technician was very thorough and did an excellent job. I was extremely pleased with his service, recommendations, and attention to detail. The sealing of the unit and everything else he did was truly top notch. I also really appreciate your company and the communication throughout the process.   I wanted to leave a review mainly to recognize Chris, the technician who came out and worked through everything at my home. This job required multiple visits due to some contract concerns and system performance concerns, but Chris spent hours here troubleshooting, explaining things, and making sure the system was cooling properly before everything was wrapped up. The owner also stayed in communication throughout the process and made sure someone came back out to address the concerns. I believe there is value in knowing how a company operates when everything doesn’t go absolutely perfect immediately and understanding how they address the situation from there and this company stuck with me through it all. Chris made himself available for me in the event of any future concerns and doesn’t discontinue work until the homeowner is satisfied and I respect that. As of now, the system is cooling well and everything appears to be resolved. I appreciate Chris’s hard work and follow through.
