We originally called them to follow up on some rust that showed up on our home inspection and to conduct regular A/C maintenance. They quickly identified a coil failure was causing ice on our filters and system, causing it to underperform. They took the time to walk us through several options and price points from repair to replace, which made it easy to choose the best solution for our needs and budget. Their technicians and staff were highly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to quality work. When we decided on replacement to handle the upcoming Texas summer, they handled everything seamlessly, including removal of the old equipment, installation of the new system, city inspection, warranty registration, and even rebate filings. The entire process was smooth, well organized, and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service, skilled workmanship, and a company that truly takes care of every detail.

I had a pest issue and wasn’t certain that nothing had been damaged. The team came in and reassured me that aside from some damage there was no electrical damage 🙌🏾! They confirmed that there is some work that needs to be accomplished but that work didn’t prevent me from turning my system back on and cooling my house down so that I was no longer living in 83 degrees in my home. It’s not even summer yet. 🤦🏾♀️ Update: Ivan came and serviced my unit. His professionalism was great. I look forward to the next phases in the process. I’m grateful and I’m cooler. 💛
