    A ceiling fan was installed last week on a 20ft ceiling. After it was done, my wife noticed it was wobbling a lot. Called them to let them know the fan wasn’t balanced. They returned a few days later only to find out that the problem was me! I built the fan and one of the blades was loose. They repaired the mistake I made, it works amazing, they had a great attitude about everything and more importantly, I messaged my wife to let her know the problem was me. At the end of the repair, I apologized to Alonzo and his colleague and their response was, we found the problem, fixed it and that’s all that matters, which was nice to hear.

    Our home sustained damage from a lightning strike that hit ground just feet from our home. Thank you Jesus we were ok however we were very concerned about the safety of our home and had substantial damage done to our electronics as well as major damage to the outside panel box and inside panel box due to the lightening hit. Roberto came out to assess the situation he thoroughly went through our home to access for any potential fire hazards with our electrical system which put our minds at ease. He had a crew out here in a timely manner to get our electricity back on and ensure we had a safe environment. Although it was pricey I feel they did a thorough and good job. He even took the time to come out a couple weeks later and reaccessed for any hotspots or any concerns we may have had.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Robert and Juan who were here to replace and upgrade both the exterior and interior electrical panels - and install a Whole House Surge Protector. These two Technicians are Top Notch. They arrived on time, were very professional, always took the time to explain what function each part of the project performed. They provided a portable AC Unit for the house while they worked. Very much appreciated!! They also replaced all GFCI outlets. They left the area very clean and ensured everything was fully functional before they left. AND their Company - Mr. Sparky- even provided food for me!!😍 I will use Mr. Sparky for any future electrical work and request Robert and Juan - who are exceptional in their knowledge!!

    After our ranch were struck by lightning, Mr. Sparky went above and beyond to help us. Even though we were outside of their typical service area, they responded quickly and made us a priority when we needed help most. Their team was honest, respectful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and worked efficiently to get our electrical system back up and running safely. Mr. Sparky completely reinstalled every electrical panel, breaker, ground rod, and surge protector on the property, and their workmanship was outstanding. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was made much easier because of their prompt response and dedication to doing the job right. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrical company that truly cares about its customers. Their professionalism, integrity, and quality of work exceeded our expectations.

    What started as a blown breaker ended up revealing major safety deficiencies in our 1912 home. Anyone who has dealt with an older home knows that once you start opening up walls or talking plumbing and electrical, it can quickly turn into a Pandora’s box. We were lucky to have technician Frank out to fix the immediate problem and then provide us with several well thought out options to address larger issues. The Mr. Sparky crew worked with us to deal with some pretty complex requirements including combining two CPS meters into one and remaining code compliant in a historic district. Once they had a plan in place, installers Justin and David joined Frank to tackle everything within a day. We were super impressive with the coordination, especially as they worked to limit the amount of time we would be without power (mainly AC!) in the middle of June. Their work gave us the most valuable thing: peace of mind that our home will be much safer for years to come.
