  I recently hired Mister Sparky for a major electrical project involving a main panel upgrade, a subpanel refresh, switch replacements throughout the home, and some detailed circuit troubleshooting. The experience from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. Right from the start, the communication was top-tier. Prior to their arrival, I received a text message complete with photos of the assigned technicians. Every single person—from the front office staff to the electricians on site—was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and conducted thorough before-and-after walkthroughs to explain every detail of the process. The level of documentation and quality assurance was impressive; comprehensive notes and photos were taken at every stage, and the work areas were left spotless. The panels are organized, cleanly routed, and fully up to code, and the troubleshooting resolved our issues completely. The pricing is truly befitting of the high level of workmanship, QA/QC, and technical expertise delivered. I felt confident that our home could not have been in better hands.   I was doing electrical work on an old house and got myself in a pickle. Fortunately i called Mr. Sparky of San Antonio and they sent Raymond M. He was very professional very polite. Appointment was 2-5 he was there at 1:50 ready to go. I will definitely request him next time. I only leave reviews if the service was awful or outstanding and Raymond and the easy to use service Mr. Sparky was outstanding. Highly recommend.

  Raymond and his team with Cedric were very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately for us we couldn’t afford the estimates. Raymond was willing to work with us and even gave us a better and lower estimate of bare minimum work but we still regrettably couldn’t. Raymond even FaceTime me to allow me to see what’s going on at the house since I away. Very nice folks.

  Jose and Jason came to my house to check my problem I was having with my breakers. It turns out when they completed their test of the breakers, they discovered were the wrongs one. They recommended to replace just about all of them to prevent future problems that will cost more in the long run. They gave me a quote to which we agreed upon and that same day they completed the work. I would highly recommend them plus they admire my lego collection. They sent photos to my email showing before and after.

  Very nice. Showed up on time, polite. Looked at the problem that I had( closet lights not turning on, ballasts bad) and then went to my control panel. Came back in with a > 20,000 dollar estimate ( with a high interest loan plan??) for my requested problem, a whole house surge protector and new electric panels.. The tech asked me if I had had problems w/ lightening bolts.. prompting me to say yes.. but the answer was no. I needed some closet lights repaired.. my panels work fine.. So.. I paid the fair fee for showing up and the next business day, I called Hill electric... I got a whole house surge protector and the 2 closets lights fixed ( they bypassed the ballasts) for about 1100.00... I still am in shock and almost didnt leave a review b/c I don't like to say negative things..BUT I still can't believe this happened. Maybe they know what they are doing, but I recommend trying someone else first.
