  Matt Edgett from Mr. Sparky rapidly responded to a major electrical issue I had caused by some faulty wiring connected to a recently installed outlet. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through exactly what the problem was and explained how he fixed it in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with great customer service so well. I highly recommend Matt and the team at Mr. Sparky for any electrical work.

  They do good work, but the stars have to align for the work to get completed or even started. Had a Span panel installed for $20k nearly a year ago. The install is not complete because, as I was told several times, they need to order a part. Went through several rounds of techs and managers, but no progress was made. Just tried to get a tech out to replace bad dishwasher outlet, took time off work, but tech canceled on me during the window. This fool has learned his lesson, will take his business elsewhere, and tell everyone he knows to avoid Mr. Sparkey.

  From Bryce to Frank and Team GOOP!! This has been a 5-star experience. Due to severely outdated electrical main box and a fire-hazard (from previous work done by my a/c installer) making the repair an urgency it was not a small or cheap job, however, I can confidently say I got my money’s worth. Thank you guys for getting it DONE! My house was not very compliant with the job, but Team GOOP muscled through and conquered. They were even generous enough to use the leftover pieces of drywall to patch an unrelated hole in my wall. These guys went above and beyond. Most importantly the work looks clean! Thank you 🙏🏼

  So let's start at the beginning. From day one, I paid them $40,000 to redo and re-circuit the house that I have. My dad neglected it and it was time to upgrade after he got put into a home. Remember this because it's important. The workers were about 30 years old, and apparently Master electricians somehow. Well if you look at the photo, one of them drilled a giant hole in my attic. Never got addressed, never got fixed. Just the other day they were doing a state inspection, didn't call me. Didn't let me know ahead of time, my dad had an emergency that I had to handle. Again, didn't tell me. Didn't give me a heads up. Didn't do anything. Apparently I failed that State inspection because they didn't ask if I was home, didn't give me a heads up, didn't do anything. Wouldn't recommend, especially if you like communication and clarity. Update: They failed the inspection LMAO. Added another photo of something they missed entirely. Update: 5/6/26. They finally passed inspection, but the light switch by my kitchen desk and the light in my hallway are still unfixed. The gentleman they sent walked right by them as if he didn't have a care in the world, just doing what he needed to do to pass inspection. The one star is staying. Update: 5/14/26- They finally fixed the hallway fixtures that they completely ignored for the first month and a half so there's that. They completely ignored the back porch, because it wasn't on there State inspection so I guess it's not important. Mind you, that's exposed wiring from the old house, and that poses an electrical hazard but I guess it's not covered with the $40,000 I spent.

  This is an edit to my review. I forgot to mention Roberto. Without his professional explanation and recommendations I would have incurred a higher cost of a grounded 220 plug instead of the quality and speed of a Tesla home charging unit. He also coordinated with the team he brought out to do the actual installation, team reviewed below. Over the past 4 years Mr. Sparky has helped in many ways. Our home is safer and better thanks to these excellent professionals! Today my wife and I had the pleasure of getting to know another GREAT team, Team Goop! We were getting a Tesla home charger installed. Not as simple as it sounds, unless Team Goop is on the job! From the breaker in the panel, to the routing of the proper wiring through the HOT attic, to the exact place we wanted it in our garage. When it came to life we learned what a difference it will make charging our Model Y. They also installed an upgraded home surge protector, and helped fix a plug and switch assembly that had pulled away from the wall, and broke. Professional, check. Know their business, check. Brought focus and quality, check. Bonus - these are two really nice people who shared smiles and laughs, and made the entire process a real pleasure. Thanks Team Goop! I know who to call. 🤙
