- ARAntonio RuizNov 25, 20191.0Customer service needs work and the lady behind the window needs to pay attention to who is coming and going for that is her job. I went to take some steel and had my 2 son's with me and made them get off before weighing my truck. After we got done unloading the steel she rudely told my boy's to get back into the truck. As I explained to her that they were not in the truck she continued. So I went to her window to explain to her that I made them get off before weighing my truck and she just kept saying to me that I did not need to yell so I said I'm not yelling I'm trying to explain to you and she would not listen to me so I just made my boy's get into the truck and weighed them on it. I know for a fact that it was more than what she gave me but that is not the problem the problem is the way she was and her attitude.
