  Are you looking for somebody you can trust? I’m always nervous when I hire a new contractor to the house. We’ve been ripped off so many times. But Nathen with Lonestar and his wonderful crew did everything they told me they would. The service was timely and at a fair price. Doors that hadn’t fit inside a door frame for years now worked perfectly. Window windows, even open and close without nearly the struggle. Make sure to ask about Nathen‘s guarantee policy.   I have nothing but great things to say for Nathen and his crew. They arrived on time and the service was done in a timely manner. Doors that hadn’t shut properly in years are now working just fine. We’ve had service from other mobile home companies but none that I would brag about. You can brag about Lonestar.

  I am extremely pleased with the service provided. They kept in touch by phone, arrived promptly, and were very efficient. I was shown the level prior to and after the leveling. After some work on my front door I can now closed and lock it.

  Nathan and his crew arrived as scheduled and got right to work assessing my leveling needs. They were not able to complete all the work that day due to parts needed. Nathan provided a fair price for the work and set a date to return to complete the job. I really like that they offer a warranty that fits your budget. I definitely recommend them.

  *UPDATE TO EARLIER REVIEW* I hate to give a negative review on a business without first giving them a chance to correct whatever issue. Unfortunately I have tried reaching out to these guys both over the phone and via email with no response back from them. When I first contacted them about getting their service they were quick to get back to me but it seems they aren’t as quick once they have been paid. They leveled a single wide mobile home for me and even though I didn’t exactly agree with his technique and logic on leveling the home by using a 4ft level sitting inside the house on the floor when the floor was clearly damaged and buckled, I listened to him explain how this is the correct way to do it instead of going off the steel runners underneath the home cuz they might be twisted and therefore might not be accurate. Fast forward to a week after they finished the level job. I start the process of removing the flooring so I can replace the particle subfloor with plywood and so I could visually inspect the 2x6 joist that sit on top of the steel runners and that the subfloor is attached to the top of. My joists look to be in great shape but I can’t move forward with installing the new subfloor because the house isn’t actually level. To double check my findings I grabbed my laser level and set it up to look underneath the home at the steel beams themselves. And compare that to the readings I was obtaining inside the house on the floor joists themselves. I found both my readings to match each other. Am I finding show a 2 inch difference in level from the front of the house to just the middle of the house then it gets worse going towards the back of the house. I immediately stopped everything I was doing and reached out to these guys and have not been able to get a response back from them at all. I have the subfloor in my home ripped up and can’t go back in with new flooring until the house is level and yet with it just being done a week or so ago and having a five-year warranty, I can’t get a hold of anybody. I’m not giving up hope for these guys to come back and fix the problem. Unfortunately since I can’t get a return call or return email from them I’m having to resort to them wanting to respond back to the update on this review instead. If they do get back in touch with me and come out and correct the issue I will for sure update this post again to reflect that. ************************************* I had my single-wide mobile home in Corpus Christi, Texas leveled by this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They showed up exactly on time, were professional from start to finish, and did a very thorough job. Their pricing was excellent, and I really appreciated that there were no hidden fees or surprise charges. The work came with a great warranty, which gave me extra confidence in their work. It’s refreshing to find a company that’s honest, reliable, and takes pride in doing the job right. I highly recommend them to anyone needing mobile home leveling services!
