  Had a great experience with Kinetico. Starting out with Ray who was very knowledgeable and helpful in making the right decisions for my circumstances. When install day came around, David and Jose were the perfect tag team. Together they got my system installed, plumbing problem resolved and were happy to answer my unending stream of questions. These guys are real professionals and I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the quality of the installation. They cleaned up after and besides the great new softener in the corner of the garage, you'd never know they were here. 10 thumbs up!

  My overall experience with Kinetico was bar none, not only was the transition to soft water smooth and seamless but I truly enjoyed the interaction with the 3 gentlemen who helped me. Not only was the transition smooth, but I sincerely enjoyed spending time the guys. I've never had so much fun with a work crew in my home before. They provided a comfortable environment in which I felt like I had my sons over. I truly won't forget the experience. Massive thanks to David Romero, Jose Arriaga, and Matthew Padilla.

  Was great working with Marco Del. Outstanding service, professional character, and friendly. You have a great technician working for you. Hopefully he will install our new system once this house is sold and we move closed to San Antonio. Again so glad we have a Kinetico soft water and reverse osmosis from your company. I’ve had four different systems the past 30years and this is the best. That and it has lasted the longest with almost no problems in 13 years.

  I had Noel over he just left. He was the best! He explained everything and test my watter, check ✔️ everything made sure my sistem was working good and probably iven put salt for me. I wish we had more worker like him. He was very respectful,polite and professional, he would always ask if I had more question bout anything I understood everything that he explained to me. Ah! Iven better he speaks Spanish. I give him a 💯 out of 💯. Please kinetico have more workers like Noel. He explained how to change the filters and i did made a video how to change the filters. But I still would pay the service for him to to change the filters,because of all the information I got from him how to take care of my system correctly. Super satisfied. Gracias Noel.

  Marco Del Toro provided truly outstanding customer service while servicing my Kinetico water softener. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived prepared, worked efficiently, and made sure I understood what my system was needing to operate properly before he left. It is rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine care for the customer. Marco was respectful of me and of my home. He listened and answered all of my questions patiently, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident about my water softener. His attention to detail and commitment to excellent service were exceptional. I highly recommend Marco Del Toro to anyone needing Kinetico service. He is an asset to the company, and I truly appreciate the excellent work he did!
