  We’ve been customers of Kinetico Water Systems for over a year, and we’ve been very happy with both the water softener and the drinking water filtration system. The difference in our water quality has been outstanding, and the drinking water tastes great, we no longer buy bottled water. The equipment has been reliable, and the customer service has been excellent whenever we’ve needed anything. If you’re in the San Antonio area and looking for a quality water treatment system, I highly recommend Kinetico.

  No joking, world class service. Marco went above and beyond and helping us resolve a couple issues And Kinetico really stands behind the products. I’m very pleased With them… I was a long time Culligan’s customer Until I discovered Kinetico. Best decision I ever made for our household, You don’t get nickel and dime with Culligan And quite frankly, they have inferior products. I highly recommend Kinetico SA

  Today Noel came out from Kinetico SA to repair a leak I had above one of my bypass valves. He was very personable and we chatted the whole time while explained what he was doing and also cleaned my filter. The other bypass valve wasn't functioning and since all parts are covered in my warranty I knew I wanted to change out immediately. It was a pleasure talking with Noel about taking care of my water softener and the World Cup! My unit is working 100% now and am very satisfied!

  Kinetico has been great to us! We had our system installed 11 years ago and aside from adding salt, I have never had any issues or given two thoughts about our system. Well, we just had it replaced. Our old system didn’t have a dechlorinator so the gaskets and other things were deteriorated. Marco was great about explaining the system that I had and did a great job in talking me through the best options, whether he would replace/repair the whole head system or just replace the whole thing. He made the decision easy although it is a tough pill to swallow. $$. Marco had all the things that he needed for a new system which is more updated and a dechlorinator now so my system will last longer than 11 years this time. He was quick, professional and efficient and I had a brand new system in no time. I feel confident that I wont have to give more than 2 thoughts about my water softener for years to come (aside from a yearly inspection) because I have a Kinetico System.

  Noel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with my water softener technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He quickly diagnosed the issue, answered all of my questions, and provided honest recommendations without any pressure. What impressed me most was his expertise and attention to detail. He made sure I understood how my system works, how to maintain it properly, and what to watch for in the future. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about helping customers. I highly recommend him to anyone needing water softener service, repairs, or maintenance. Outstanding service from start to finish!
