  If you are indecisive with finding a provider -let me make it easy. I bought my first home in the spring of ‘25. The previous owners had already installed a water softener system -from Kinetico. I have to say this for the rest to make sense. The older crowd knows customer service is different -from what it used to be. It seems that standards and quality are now known as rare, and with confidence I can say it is uncommon! Yet, the staff in San Antonio…well they are still focused - even better they can demonstrate quality. From the first phone call, to setting up the account, to customer service reps, all the way to their technicians, they are all phenomenal. I’ve had two technicians out to my location; Marco and Andrea. I will have to say, they are both true professionals. Even better their character, knowledge, and skills for their craft is something any company would desire. Companies that lack staff members as such, well it would be who of you -to take notes. Marco and Andrea thank you, both are awesome (and worthy of a substantial pay raise! ehhmm) I want you both to know, your work ethic is seen by others and it is greatly appreciated -from those who still place value in customer service.

  After a snafu which left my emergency call unanswered for 12 hours, Kinetico made it right with me with a service call to re-educate me on emergency cut-off of my system. To be clear, the emergency was an interior water leak that had nothing to do with the water system and this had all been explained clearly to when my system was installed but it's been awhile since then and I was somewhat panicked. I just needed to off the water to my house. Kinetic contacted me the next morning and we discussed the problem and the lack of response. The next business day, my technician, Andrea, patiently answered all my questions and added a few tips as well. I am much happier with Kinetico and my system. Five stars to Andrea and 4 stars to Kinetico Emegency Customer Service because of the delayed response.

  Recently had a Kinetico water system unit installed at my residence. Kinetico of San Antonio did an amazing job start to finish. Dustin Ellis did an awesome job on the installation. He notified me prior to his arrival, was on time with the appointment. He removed my 20 year old Kinetico system (which was still working) & installed the new upgraded model. They both came with a 10 year warranty. Best part of Kinetico systems is that they use no electricity & they do not require programming before or after a thunderstorm. I highly recommend Kinetico water systems to anyone looking to improve their water quality in home or office.

  Greatly appreciate Colin and Dustin. The install was quick and smooth. Both explained how the system works and how to maintain it as well. Also wanted to thank Terry who initially came out and sold us on their product. He took his time to explain their system, warranty and pricing. It didn’t take long after he left for us to make the decision that we were going with Kinetico of San Antonio for our water softener and RO system. I also wanted to mention their awesome discounts available to military and veterans. Plus, if you purchase one of their water softeners, they will throw in a RO system. 🔥💯

  I actually loved them for several years til now. Their faucets started leaking my water bill shot up from 60 to 120 because of this. They were to come out after sent pictures of the faucets leaking and told them of the high bill now they arnt a guy out 2 weeks later thats said oh I dont fix those and left had to call back got rescheduled another 2 weeks out so ill be expecting a other high bill so upset i call they had me send them proof of before and current bill never heard back then the guy shows up charges us 250 per faucet replace.caused by them and 4 weeks to fix about 500 water bill in all and 2 faucet replaces 500 they are only 3 years old they installed on a new house
