Although Steven the technician had a long day and arrived at my home late in the evening he did so with a positive attitude. He explained exactly what he would be doing and had it done in no time at all. I appreciate Steven’s attitude and knowledge of his trade.

I have been with JB Septic for 11 years now. Those of you with a septic systems know how important it is to have your system function properly. The JB Septic team has never let us down and have been awesome to work with from the office team and any of the technician that come out to resolve our issue.

Service was not good because he never knocked on my door or rang my doorbell. Didn’t let no one know he was at the house. I don’t know what he did because we never got to see the work JJ done I asked him to call me. He text me instead that never let me see what he put on and what he took off so I’m not sure if he really put something on. Are took something off and he didn’t call the office and let them know what he done. It was all the way wrong my opinion.

Josh arrived and completed all work bery quickly. He explained what he found and corrected it. Josh inspected tanks as requested and gave a report as to their status.
