  They do not follow through when you pay for a contract. They do not show up when they're supposed to you have to remind them when it's time. This happens over and over until I'm finally canceling.

  My house came with the JB Septic system. The service has always been excellent. I found out recently that my contract had expired and even though it expired, when I called them for advice on an issue they advise me of the possible solution at ZERO cost and it worked. This is what I call excellent customer service!

  JB Septic has been servicing our system for several years and has always been timely on maintenance and repairs. My alarm went off last night after hours and they made repairs first thing this morning.

  This company was chosen by our home builder to install our septic system. Shortly after installation, a large storm was coming in and the company came to put water into the tank to help keep in down as it had not been covered with dirt as the county had not inspected the system yet. They used our hose to do so. Then, they took our hose with them! When I called to let them know and ask for it back, they returned us an old, much lower quality hose. Now, because they installed our system, we have a 2 year maintenance contract with them. According to the contract, we should have quarterly inspections. They missed the first one and didn't notify us of a time frame for the second. I called and verified with them that they did indeed miss the first one and requested an extension to the contract since service was not provided. The lady seemed taken aback that I would request that, but did agree to it. I then requested an email conforming the extension. Then the technician did not show up for the 2nd inspection. Called back and she verified that he did not come and she would get it rescheduled and would call back with the rescheduled date. I also requested the email that was never sent. She again seemed startled by the request but said she would get it out. I will not renew any type of service contract with this company based on lack of communication and service.

  We called in need of a septic tank repair for a customer of ours and were able to accommodate us in the same week. We were very pleased with their work and attentiveness. Will for sure call again!!
