  5/5 Stars - Absolutely Incredible Service! I cannot recommend Hunter Service Group enough, specifically their electrical technician, Chris Kaser. Chris came out for an electrical assessment and was the definition of a true professional—honest, trustworthy, diligent, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient with his time. He even provided me with estimated quotes the very same day. During the inspection, Chris noticed that our house shifting had caused a major fire hazard with exposed wires. Instead of trying to upsell me on a temporary fix, he honestly advised me to contact CPS immediately. Because of his crucial advice, CPS came out right away, repaired the downser (the pipe exposing the wires), and resolved what was a potentially life-threatening issue. Chris's integrity and expertise literally kept my home and family safe. If you need HVAC, electrical, or plumbing work, call Hunter Service Group for your needs they service all of San Antonio.

  Hunter Service Group exceeded our expectations from start to finish during the installation of our new Generac generator. Every representative we worked with throughout the entire process was extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and communicated exceptionally well every step of the way. I truly cannot say enough about how impressed we were with the level of service they provided. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. I highly recommend Hunter Service Group, especially because they are a local company that understands our area and the specific needs of our community. Unlike nationwide corporations, they provide a personal level of service and familiarity with the territory that makes a huge difference. Supporting local businesses like this is so important, and Hunter Service Group absolutely deserves that support!!

  Highly recommend Hunter’s Group! They did an outstanding job replacing the electrical panels in my home. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The quality of work was excellent, and everything was completed safely and efficiently. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and customer service. I would definitely use them again for future electrical work!

  Chris was very personable, intelligent and kind. These are the kinds of qualities when you want to establish a long time member or client and not just a one time business transaction. The services are great and transparent. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Who wouldn’t want a one stop shop. This company was recommended by two different electricians who couldn’t make scheduling work. I’m glad they didn’t work out so we could establish a membership with Hunter services. Give these guys a try, even the pros recommend them.

  Hunter Service Group delivered exceptional service from start to finish! It was a pleasure working with Julie, Christopher, Mason, Jesus, & Hank. Each of them demonstrated high level of expertise, professionalism, and accountability. The team was consistently communicative, transparent, and solution oriented, instilling confidence from day one through their honesty and integrity. After experiencing intermittent electrical issues, including flickering lights across multiple outlets, I made the decision to replace my 47 year old interior and exterior electrical panels, as well as all plugs and switches throughout my home. Christopher was particularly instrumental throughout this process, patiently addressing my many questions and providing clear and concise explanations that made complex information easy to understand. Christopher, Mason, and Jesus executed the project with precision and efficiency, ensuring all work was completed accurately and on schedule while minimizing disruption to me working from home that day. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident at every stage. I highly recommend Hunter Service Group for any electrical needs.
