  Chris Carker and Mitch installed our light fixtures. They were efficient, experienced, professional, knowledgable, polite, and had great customer service skills. Chris came by first to determine need and make recommendations for service. We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend your company based on their performance.

  We thought there was a problem with our Generac being to loud when it was on. Mitch was our service tech and checked for service codes, and oil level. Every thing checked out fine, and was in the Generac’s parameters for operation and sound levels.

  Chris Kaser came out to complete a challenging ceiling fan installation. Despite having unique issues, Chris took his time and did efficient and effective troubleshooting to resolve the issues and complete the installation perfectly. He was professional, pleasant, efficient and displayed a high level of attention to detail. We appreciate his service and professionalism. Thanks Chris

  From the first call to Hunter Service Group through their servicing of my generator and install of a whole home surge protector to the last call, I could not be more pleased with them. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant people to deal with. In moments of taking a look at my generator they discovered the underlying problem with it. Even so they did a complete diagnostics and discovered an issue that would have caused a major problem in the future. (That's after I had the original installer come out and try to fix the problem). Also, while talking to the 2 technicians that came to fix the generator they told me about the other services Hunter Services Group offers ........ plumbing, electrical, HVAC. At this point I should note that our home is a new build. We have been in it just over 2 years now. Some of the builder's contractors were fantastic, but then others.... not. I don't know all the subs that our builder used but there are a couple I don't want to have back here; HVAC being one of them. So I now have some comfort knowing that for basic maintenance that I either can't do myself or choose not to, I have a reliable and trustworthy company to go to that maintains a high standard throughout all their services. Try them out...you will not be disappointed.

  I truly appreciate the transparency, professionalism, and quality work that Tony did. Tony explained reasons why a switch would go bad and explained the work he would do. He provided an honest estimate before starting the work and asked if I had any questions or concerns. It’s apparent that Hunter Service Group trains their technicians well, holds them to professional standards, are honest, and don’t try to upsell you on unnecessary work.
