  We needed a quick, reliable repair for three missing roof shingles after high winds in our area near Calaveras Lake / Elmendorf / Floresville. HG Roof Repair was our first choice after researching options, and he absolutely delivered. Hugo called back promptly and was able to come out the same day. He did a fantastic job replacing the three shingles with the matching ones we had on hand. Even better, he spotted and fixed a separate leak above our back patio caused by a nail — something we didn’t even know about. The work was clean, professional, and thorough. Total cost was a very fair, which was a huge value. Plus we had an enjoyable conversation with Hugo — he’s pleasant and knowledgeable — someone who clearly takes pride in his work as a small, local business that lives by word-of-mouth. If you’re in the San Antonio area (especially in southeast Bexar County / Elmendorf / Floresville side) and need honest roof repairs without the hard sell for a full replacement, call HG.   Our roof was damaged by a tree fall. We contacted Hugo and he came out the same day and patched our roof. He did an excellent job!

  I called HG Roof Repair to fix a hole in my roof that was left behind after a satellite dish was removed. He came out the same day and completed the repair promptly. The workmanship was excellent, and he even took the time to trim back tree branches that were touching the roof to help prevent future issues. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and the outstanding service. Highly recommend!

  Don't and I mean do not trust this man especially with your insurance information. He is misleading and will take your money. You be the judge. He did a "patch job" when he said he was going to do a repair. This was $900. It is sloppy and poor workmanship. All he did was tar the valleys. Period. Nothing else.

  As a real estate agent, repairs are very common in every transaction and having a great roofer is important. Hugo is not only extremely experienced but very professional. I have worked with him for over 10 years and he is my go to roofer for any repair I need. Highly recommend HG Roof Repair!
