  Failed to come to our 1130am appointment for a quote on fencing which I was very serious about. He was referred by multiple people on nextdoor. He failed to call as well to notify me he needed to reschedule instead he didn't show up and he didn't call, which is as unprofessional as you get. I don't need to hear excuses just want to notify the public not to waste their time. Mr. Hernandez, I'm not sure how to reply to your comment so I am editing my original comment. There was no miscommunication between us I'm 100% positive. I am a licensed attorney, this isn't a random or fake review this is real and the fact that you told me we'd meet at 1130am at my house in Beacon Hill on Tuesday is also real. I spoke to a male in your office over the phone. You didn't meet me and you didn't contact me to cancel. I am not interested in working with you after having my time wasted, so I appreciate the offer but I don't need a quote anymore and will be using another company.

  Mr. Hernandez and his staff installed some handrails for me. They did an excellent job. I live in a midcentury house, and I wanted to match the originals that were in another room. He installed the new ones in the living room. He's an artist because they were a perfect match.
