  I live in Hennersby Hollow in a Starlight home and my home is still under warranty. I have filed a claim already to repair ductwork and vent which is part of the distribution systems and is under a 2 year warranty. The construction manager has not bothered to come and do an inspection. But instead has denied the claim. 2-10 home warranty has confirmed that this claim falls under distribution systems and is still under warranty. I am not asking for anything other than a repair thats covered under the warranty and repairs for the damages that have occurred due to the vent and ductwork leaking.
