  Kristen was amazing she was our sales rep and was so good about EVERYTHING. She was knowledgeable and her and my realtor got me the best possible deal but not just a sale they went above and beyond to make sure the buying process was stress free. Kristen kept us updated with pictures she just went above and beyond for us. Since we were coming from out of state she did alot of leg work for us to give us piece of mind. The house is a new build and had some imperfections but Matt makes sure to make them right. Honestly we couldn't be happier with our home and the location. Its enough in the country away from town to give us that small town feeling but close enough to get what we need done.

  Houses are ok but the contractors and subcontractors are horrible. Over ten residents have had flat tires due to a lack of accountability about construction debris in the roads. Trash constantly building up on construction sites and blowing into neighboring properties. Contractors working at early hours and days they are not supposed to be working according to Ashton Woods own site rules. Contractors also bringing family and pets to construction sites. Maybe once this place is finished it will be nice to live but as of now it is not a great place to live due to constantly having to clean or fix things broken by crews working on the houses. Also HOA dues are absurdly high for how little the HOA does to actually help homeowners.

  Skylar Schnee was excellent and highly informative. I was actually under contract on a DR Horton Home and thank God I met Skylar before that deal went through. He explained the advantages of an Aston Woods product and that became readily apparent once I saw the homes offered at the same price range by AW. His customer service and expediency helped me to get the right home fast! Highly recommend AW and please ask for Skylar!!!
