Darean Guerra with Goettl provided outstanding service during my tankless water heater flush. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the maintenance process and why it's important for keeping the system running efficiently.
He completed the flush thoroughly, worked neatly, and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.
I highly recommend Darean and Goettl for anyone needing tankless water heater maintenance or other plumbing services. I appreciate the quality of service and will definitely use them again in the future.
G. Gonzalez was very informative and explained every aspect of the inspection. This was a “diagnostic” visit (supposed $129). He was kind and patient with all my questions. However, my repair was stated that I could either (a) replace the whole HVAC($13,000-$16,000), (b) fix the outside unit ($3,150) or (c) clean coils (and it may help it run better). I thank God, the thought came to me to check my warranty AND "get a second opinion." I asked if my unit would run better than it does now if I were to opt for the cleaning. I was told, “…it would help” due to all the buildup. I opted for that because I wanted to check the warranty. The cleaning that took about 45 minutes =$430. That was steep, especially on a budget. (I do believe in paying for services & honoring obligations.) And to my surprise, the unit malfunctioned the exact same way as before. The cleaning was fruitless. Now, I’m left with paying for a second opinion which is prudent for wise shopping.
Well, I thank God I got that second opinion!!! I got a local company to come out. I was in tears as the tech told me the real problem (the capacitor). He replaced it for under $200 and I have cool air. Consumers, ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION. And if it feels like a "sales pitch," it probably is one. Lesson learned.

I had the pleasure of having Breon Thompson service my HVAC system, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and respectful. He even greeted my family with a thoughtful surprise—a cute little Goettl stuffed animal for my child—which immediately showed his genuine kindness and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Extra points for that!
Breon got straight to work performing a thorough inspection and testing of my HVAC system to make sure it was ready to handle the rest of the hot Texas summer. Once he completed his assessment, he clearly explained his findings, letting me know that my system was in great condition while also offering preventative maintenance recommendations to help keep it running efficiently and avoid unexpected breakdowns during the hottest months of the year.
What impressed me most was Breon's honesty and integrity. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary repairs or services. Instead, he took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and make recommendations that were truly in my best interest. In today's world, finding a technician you can genuinely trust is invaluable, and Breon absolutely earned that trust.
Goettl has a tremendous asset in Breon. His professionalism, technical knowledge, honesty, and outstanding customer service are exactly what builds long-term customer loyalty and confidence in a company. If this is the caliber of technician Goettl employs, I won't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends. Breon has a bright future ahead of him, and I hope Goettl recognizes what an exceptional representative they have on their team. Five stars all the way!

My downstairs AC unit kept shutting off repeatedly and I had to keep suctioning the condensation line with my shop vac just to get it running again. Earlier this week, I called another highly rated company out. They came, did essentially the exact same thing I had already been doing myself, blew into the pipe, said because it was bubbling it wasn’t clogged, and left. Even after I explained that there had to be a bigger issue or a better solution than me having to shop vac the line every few days, they offered me a $1,600 estimate for a condensation pump. Hard pass.
After continuing to deal with the same issue all week and having to suction the line multiple more times, I decided to call Goettl. They had Alex Nelson at my house within 2–3 hours, and the difference in service was immediately noticeable. Unlike the previous company, Alex actually seemed knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly identified that my line was severely clogged, drained both of my units, tested everything both inside and outside, and stayed to make sure the AC continued running properly before leaving.
I’m extremely pleased with the fast response time, professionalism, and the fact that Alex actually took the time to diagnose and fix the real problem instead of offering an expensive, unnecessary solution.

I wanted to give a higher rating because there were several things I really appreciated. The HVAC technicians were friendly and professional, and the call center customer service reps made scheduling the appointment easy. I also liked being able to call and quickly reach a real person, and the driver tracking feature on my phone provided an accurate arrival time, which was very convenient.
Unfortunately, the job was not completed, which is why I can only give two stars. I originally called because my home has very dusty vents, and my son has been coughing constantly, especially at night, due to his allergies. I paid nearly $4,000 to have a UV light installed and to have sanitizing treatment blown through the vents.
I would have been completely satisfied if the work had been finished as promised. Instead, I now have to wait four days for a manager to come inspect the issue while my son continues to struggle with nighttime coughing, and I have to rely on allergy medication to help reduce his symptoms.
I'm disappointed because the customer service and technicians were excellent, but at this price point, I expected the work to be completed correctly the first time. We’ll see what they have to say. Not sure if you can see the dust but it’s everywhere. A thick carpeted mess. It was an emergency for them to come out and I can’t believe my main concerns weren’t addressed.
