  Unbelievable you can't make this up . Current a new customer not impressed after technician came out cleared my drain line and next day ran camera for breaks. Once spotted work up 2 estimate on how to proceed. Our insurance company State Farm agreed to fix from brake to city connection est cost over $8000. Excavators came out drugged the hole to expose breaks in pipe only not enough to real fix . They drugged on 07/02/2026. You would think someone from Elmer's plumbing department would come out to dig site for material list and to see if all areas to be fix are expose. First my wife was told they are waiting on a part to connect to city side, then the hole isn't deep enough. Here it's 07/08/2026 still nothing done after jumping through many insurance hoops and have money deposited ready to pay in full. Each day this hole is expose is a liability concern to my wife and I, who pays for any one or pet falls in hole. The reason for getting this fix is to stop sewer backup, but it's starting to be a nightmare in the making. I have a signed contract for work needed to be perform , a little over $400 invested and a large hole . We were told last week after they dug it that Monday the plumbers would be out to fix the pipe still waiting. My wife talked to someone from there and he said this is the first he's got word that we even have a plumbing issue here after the excavator have already dug. So they lock us into using them by signing a contract and now they drag their feet. I have two plumbers that live across the street from me but I choose not to use I use a reputable company and there are guys here that would easily take this job and ready to go, but because we're using a insurance claim I want to use a company that consumers have trusted. So far I haven't seen any efforts to back the reviews they have been getting.

  I had a plumbing emergency on the 4th of July, and after calling a bunch of companies with zero response, ELMERS Plumbing was the only one that actually picked up. Americo came out late in the evening, even on a holiday, and fixed my valve issue fast. He had to repair my irrigation main line valve, and he handled it like a pro and had everything back up and running in no time. Super grateful for the quick response and solid work. If you need someone reliable, ask for Americo. Highly recommend ELMERS Plumbing!

  I have been a customer of Elmer's before 2022, and it's the only company I call for my Plumbing, A/C and heating repairs. Today Mark from Elmer's was scheduled to do the yearly A/C check up and maintenance and wow... I witnessed one of the best Communication Skills ever. Mark was informing me of every step even showed me videos and pictures of his work. Mark please keep up the good work. I will call and ask for Mark when it's cold season to check and service my heating system. Thank you Elmer's for hiring the best employees in this business. God Bless You All

  We’ve been having issues with our unit on and off, and had terrible luck with other companies. Elmer’s sent Mario Olivares to assess our issues and he was truly fantastic! He was in constant communication so we always knew what was going on and where we were in the process, very timely and punctual, and down to earth. We really appreciated him taking the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed, not throwing money away on things we didn’t need or trying to oversell. I can’t say enough good things about Mario and Elmers!

  In August 2023, my original AC unit failed and I hired Elmer’s to replace it. At the time, they responded quickly, offered good financing options, and completed the installation fast. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. Two weeks ago, the capacitor failed on a Saturday and my house quickly reached 86 degrees. I have children and pets, so we had to leave our home and stay with family. The earliest appointment available was Monday, forcing me to take time off work. The technician who arrived was excellent. He replaced the failed part under warranty, and I paid less than $200. He also told me the system tuning from the original installation was not set up the way he preferred and made adjustments. Before leaving, he assured me the system should be in good shape and that a 2½-year-old unit should not be experiencing additional issues. Two weeks later, I came home from work to find the house at 80 degrees and not cooling again. When I called Elmer’s, I was told the earliest appointment was Saturday and that I would be charged a $150 weekend service fee. The appointment window was 8:00 AM, but the technician did not arrive until 3:45 PM. After waiting all day, I was told the unit still could not be repaired. The technician believes it may be a leak or a failed compressor. While the compressor is under warranty, I was told labor alone could cost approximately $2,500. This unit is less than three years old and cost thousands of dollars to install. Having major failures this early is unacceptable. Even more concerning, one of Elmer’s own technicians stated that the original tuning and installation setup was not done correctly. If installation-related issues contributed to these problems, customers should not be responsible for paying thousands of dollars to correct them. As of now, my family has been left without reliable air conditioning for five days in Texas heat while waiting for another appointment. As a first responder with children and pets, this has been incredibly frustrating. I cannot recommend Elmer’s based on my experience.
