  Horrible service. The first invoice was sent and I paid it. Then I got an urgent call that she forgot to change the bid from another customer, so the total cost would double. OK. But when the installer came, he broke the window on the 2F shattering glass on to the yard (which he never cleaned up). If that wasn't enough, he was missing a pane, despite our multiple attempts to confirm the order. So we had to tape over the gap left by the missing pane. When that got replaced, the grids didn't line up, causing a tacky look. And we had to pay even more for the pane. What did East End do for all our trouble? Knock $50 off of a nearly $2000 order. That was the best the owner could do. I won't be doing business with them again and will discourage anyone from ever doing business with them. They disrespected my contractor after he gave them over 20 years of loyal business. Incompetent, irresponsible, and sloppy is how I would describe East End Glass.

  The lady just hung up on me. I felt rushed, then I knew I was right when it happened.. nombre, I'm a person, a human, a father, I help my city, I'm a fixer, I love helping.... why, why treat me in this form. The prices are great, they know their stuff.
