  It has been a challenging experience working with this builder from the very beginning. Communication has been inconsistent, and at times it felt like the staff handling our process lacked sufficient experience, as we received conflicting information on multiple occasions. One of the main concerns was being asked to proceed with contract execution first, with the assurance that corrections would be made afterward. This led to significant back-and-forth and time spent revising details that ideally should have been accurate from the start. The initial information provided by the sales consultant was not always aligned with what was ultimately reflected in the contract. Additionally, there were inconsistencies between contracts. For example, in one instance incentives were clearly tied to using Brookhollow Mortgage, while in another similar contract there was no such condition mentioned. Situations like this made the process confusing and required extra diligence on our part. Pricing and timelines also felt pressured. With increased demand, there were sudden price changes and short deadlines to sign, which made it difficult to make well-informed decisions. On the financing side, the rates offered through the preferred lender appeared significantly higher than market rates. While we were told they might be able to match external offers, this was not clearly communicated upfront. Overall, I would strongly recommend that future buyers carefully review all contract terms, ask detailed questions, and ensure everything is clearly documented before signing. There is potential here, but the process would greatly benefit from improved transparency, consistency, and clearer communication.
