  Aunee was amazing! I was in a bind trying to buy a home and she was very accommodating to make sure that chesmar gave me the best value for my money. During the entire purchasing process Aunee was there to answer any questions. I even decided to change something last minute and Aunee was able to accommodate my preferences. Highly recommended!

  Aunee is amazing! I am a thinker by nature, and in a business where we build and lease homes (multifamily), so I had a million and one questions. To anyone else, I may have been annoying-visiting multiple times, sending countless emails-but her patience level far exceeded my expectations. We found the perfect home for me, and I couldn't be more excited. Also, shout out to Justin McCrary on the Construction Team who has also gone above and beyond helping me with measurements and specs, and answering other off the wall questions that I've had. I'm excited about my new home, and just as excited to work with the team at Midway.

  Went to visit due to my hunt for a great value and home. Other homes that I have compared don't offer the upgrades that these do. I was excited because they are the same price! Aunee served as my sales agent and she is absolutely patient and knowledgable. Your experience is nothing short of fantastic even if you don't buy. I strongly encourage for you to go and feel for your self... So worth it!
