  Horrible service. I was nothing but polite. I rented a 30 yard dumpster for a clean out of a home. I paid up front as told, and 3 days later requested pick up on April 29th. They finally picked up May 16, yesterday. They had told me they would pick up half of an old hot tub that I had left in the front yard. Not only did they not, but they dropped debris out of the dumpster and left it on site. Now I’m paying another company to come remove it.

  I have always had a great experience with black creek services. He always provides excellent customer service. Has delivered dumpsters on very short notice and the price is very affordable. I only use them for dumpster rentals because communication is very important to me and that is 10/10.

  I highly recommend this company for dumpster rental services. Kareem was on time and very friendly. He was very careful not to damage yard or driveway. Thank you, and I highly recommend this company.
