  Beluga is the best ac company I have ever worked with. Their estimates are free their scheduling is prompt and they are HONEST. Raul is not just the best ac tech I’ve ever had come out but he’s the best technician of any I’ve ever had come out. Super honest, conversational and explained things/how it works and what’s wrong in such an honest straight forward way. I cannot say enough good things about him and Beluga. I highly recommend them,

  Recently had Jonathan O. out for a late repair, and he was able to efficiently diagnose and repair the problem, saving us from the deadly Texas heat. The A/C was still under warranty, so it didn’t cost us a thing- a great company that stands by their work, and Jonathan was very knowledgeable and professional. In a “buyer beware” state, this is one of those companies that you can trust to do the job, and do it well.

  Beluga Air sent out technician Deron Hock to examine my property and help me figure out my best applicable avenue for cooling my bedroom. I was a bit reticent on what i would actually need, and thankfully Deron is packed full of knowledge and confidence. The price is a hefty one for me, but its definitely feasible in the future with a bit of penny pinching and saving on my end. He walked my property and came up with a proper game plan for mounting and wire placement to my electric box to ensure my dogs cant potentially chew on something and hurt themselves. Very professional, easy to talk to and communicative. While i cannot immediately take the offer, i will absolutely be calling them again to set an install once i have the available funds on hand. I'll look forward to Deron knocking it out of the park then. If youre worried about their reliability, or afraid their techs are just salesmen in disguise, just look at the shoes. I appreciate Beluga and Deron for working around my odd hour schedule and helping set a grounded future plan. Give em a call, you wont regret it.

  The indoor part of my HVAC unit has been sweating to the point that it causes mold growth and drips into the wood where it sits in its closet. It’s had this issue since I closed on the house in August 2024 and it’s a new build. I had the warranty people come out 4 times over 1.5 years to fix the issue and they never figured it out and just kept slapping more sealant on the unit. I decided to try a different company instead of the one my builder uses and found Beluga Air through a neighbors recommendation. The neighbor recommended to ask for Dalvin and that’s who my technician ended up being. Dalvin did a thorough check on my unit and discovered what was causing it to sweat - the air tubes for the furnace are allowing hot humid air to pour in from my attic. The solution ended up being to install an exhaust fan in my attic so the hot humid air stops dumping into the closet. He even put covers on the tubes to show how it was starting to dry up without the air dumping in and it was working. They’re coming out to install the exhaust fan next week. So even though that’s not done yet, I’m still super happy with their service and the fact that Dalvin was able to find the root cause.
