  Jon Osorio came out and performed a maintenance check on our system. He was very friendly and polite. When he was done with the inspection and cleaning he showed me photos and video of all that he did and the system stats compared to manufacturers requirements. With that he verified our unit was still in warranty and if we wanted to go with the replacement recommendations we would only pay for labor. He was a great representative of the company and I hope to see him again for our next service call. Thank you Jon!

  Tech David Castaneda did my spring check up, as part of my Wave Basic agreement . David was very professional, arrived on time, did a very detailed inspection/check up and did a great job on my AC. Before leaving he went over his findings and recommendations with me. I'm completely satisfied with David and Beluga AC and would recommend them!

  Dalvin did an AMAZING job. We cannot stress enough that he is the person to request when you have a problem with you furnace or A/C units, etc. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. Other companies sent individuals who quoted us absurd numbers to fix issues that turned out to not be an issue at all. Dalvin inspected, diagnosed, and solved our A/C related issues and it didnt even come close to the other estimates. When you call Baluga, REQUEST DALVIN! You wont regret it.

  I hesitate to leave this review but wanted to warn people. We have a Carrier Infinity system. I called Carrier to ask for Authorized companies to work on it. We did not put it in, it was in the house when we bought it. We had a few issues, fuse, breaker, capacitor. Nothing major. We ask Beluga to come fall and spring to check out the system. In the fall they came and said our ducting was all wrong and we needed a by pass. The estimate was $4100. We trusted them because Carrier had recommended them. Big mistake. Once they did all the work we started having major issues with the system icing up. They then tried to sell us another package that included a UV light. I don’t remember what that was for. Cost was $1500. We said no and called Carrier and again ask for an authorized company. Our system continued to ice up and shut down.after many visits and looking for the issue, the new company found it. First the Infinity system does NOT require a bypass, and second, it was leaking cold air back into the system causing ice and eventually the compressor over heated. So now they have disconnected the bypass and it no longer is functioning so $800 of the $4100 was wasted. The rest of the $4100 went to new boxes which the new company said were needed. Now I find out that not only is Beluga NOT an authorized company for Carrier, their techs work on commission so,the more they can sell you the more they make. I’m happy so many are pleased with them. We are not and will never call them again. We found a great company that IS authorized to work on our system and their techs are salary so they don’t upsell you. Good luck to any and all that use Beluga.

  David showed up on time and got right to it. He spent a very long time assessing the unit and didn’t try to sell us on an expensive new system. He let us know it was correct for a residential building, but not further café that we have turned this 1938 house into. He suggested several remedies very professionally and with great detail. It’s very nice to see you an air-conditioning company that doesn’t just try to sell you on a complete new system and has ethics and honesty built in Highly recommend recommended
