He was knowledgeable and friends and his team was efficient and hard working.

Don't waste my time if you aren't going to utilize the tool as offered on website.... meaning, if you need me to call for a quote - state so!.... The above post was five years ago. Your response 28 minutes ago shows that it was more than simply an email response went to spam folder... especially when call back numbers were left. You should just accept 5 years ago you had terrible customer service and move on... vs today giving a weak excuse. I am guessing service is about the same 5 years later.
