I began by ordering a tune-up, this is the first home I bought. During the tune-up I was provided images of severe issues with my 19 year old HVAC system. I made the decision to get a new HVAC, this wasnt pitched to me until I decided it was the route I was going, so there wasnt pressure to buy anything.
As a disabled veteran, my income is very limited. When discussing this with the agent doing the tune up, he was able to get me the most discounts he could on the system I wanted. He explained the differences in length, and then reexplained them when my wife arrived without issue.
The installation process took about ~5hours on the day they came to install. It was fast, I was given notice the day before, and it was non-invasive, they only came in the home to check air quality or other work related matters.
After talking with the community about everything, I did have some concerns about the value of what I had bought, but when I expressed those concerns to Air & Drain Works, they went above and beyond to match the value to my expectations.
I highly recommend them if you have HVAC issues ^^

I had the tech come to do a tune up on my account. Things happen and it turned into a repair and the cost was extremely high and then suggested to buy a new unit. I said I dont have it. The tech that came wired my unit wrong and cause my system to stop working. So I had another company that came out and the fixed the problem. The issue I have with this company. I spoke with the GM about my problem. He is trying to make it right, but the employees over step the boundaries. He is all talking my finances like you controls them. That is overstepping. The guy that answers the phone. He will try to blame if something goes wrong. To him it is your fault. Tread lightly with them if you do hire them.

This service was done as part of a foundation leveling job. The service technician, Anthony Dennis, was outstanding in both his work and customer service. I am looking forward to is return visit after the leveling is complete.

Prompt, highly flexible and friendly, even when he couldn't get into the house right away. Great detailed explanations and gave me confidence in the recommended management for both duct repair and pest management (highly unexpected). Also loved the availability. Got in right away and even came back next day when things didn't go as planned. Also a great initial pricing for AC service. Very satisfied.

I had a great technician who kindly taught me all about my system and gave me recommendations on how to make sure that everything was running at its best, even though he had no financial incentive to do so. He went over and above to make sure that the job was done right, even though I'm fairly sure he had to stay longer than he planned to do so. He even went out of his way to get a required part installed same day. I couldn't have asked for better.
Frequently Asked Questions About Air & Drain Works
How Often Does My Water Heater Need Flushing?
For a well-running water heater system, we advise scheduling a cleaning once a year to keep your unit running efficiently. Routine maintenance is proven to extend the lifespan of your water heater. In tanked models, this helps prevent leaks and sediment accumulation.
Extensive cleaning removes unwanted debris and deposits that build up in the tank. Our plumbers can perform a flush treatment that will extend your water heater’s life expectancy.
What Is Hydrojetting And How Can It Help My Drains?
Hydrojetting is an effective way to clear out drain lines and pipes. Hydrojetting pushes a very powerful water jet through your pipes along with sewer lines. It clears out any kind of debris, waste and sludge that may be obstructing your plumbing system. This process is safe and power-balanced for your system.
At Air & Drain Works, we suggest hydrojetting to customers searching for proactive cleaning as well as some cases of clearing harder clogs. Stopping buildup before it occurs is the best way to keep your system clean and healthy.
When Should I Replace My Water Heater?
Here at Air & Drain Works, we recommend that if your water heater is 12 years or older then it may be time to invest in a new heater for your home. Over time, water heaters become calcified, make noises and can start leaking. These are all indications it’s time to replace your water heater.
