We were double charged for an upgrade that we were told we needed, and the installers messed up in such a way that we had no AC within 12 hours. When they came to fix it the next day they said they didn’t have any told on that truck. We had to debate and basically force them to fix it. Turns out they did have the tools. Still had to come back the next day to get it right. Took almost a month to get a response on having the double charge refunded. Was tops a check was sent. It never was. Then was told they actually refunded it straight to the card. They did not. Never returned phone calls, argued that we were wrong. Currently having to dispute with credit card company to get our money back.
