My A/C unit and ducts is only two years old, yet I had been experiencing ongoing allergy issues in my home. After a thorough inspection, the technician Isaac Gomez identified a problem with the duct installation that had been overlooked by the original installer. Isaac was professional, patient, and took the time to explain the issue in detail. His attention to detail and willingness to investigate beyond the obvious made all the difference. Finding the source of a problem that had been affecting my health was a tremendous relief. I truly appreciate his expertise and dedication to helping his customers. I highly recommend Air Authority to anyone looking for honest, thorough, and professional HVAC service.
