Cory came out to finish a gutter job, and kind of clean up from the last guy. To replace 3 feet 9f gutter was $270 for parts (no way, 10 ft gutter was 10.21. I heard on the phone. Labor was for half a day, over $500. He was only here 3 hours for that. If they need to get a part it cost $150 roughly to drive there buy it and come back. They dont come out for estimates. They charge by the hour for hoe long they are there. RIP OFF. Use at your own risk.

I had a great experience today with Mr Sam T. as the handyman professional who mounted 3 shelves in my garage. Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with on the location and material used to accomplish this project. Will definitely recommend him and look forward to future projects.

Sam did a great job for us! He was a pleasure to work with, clearly knows what he’s doing, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. We were really impressed with how much he accomplished in one visit. We’ll definitely ask for Sam again for any future repairs!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sam from Ace Handyman Services! He was friendly, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, and incredibly skilled. We had quite a long and varied list of projects for him, and he completed everything in just one day - and everything turned out perfectly! Sam hung metal shelving in our garage, replaced a hot water shutoff valve in one of our bathrooms, painted and repaired water-damaged Sheetrock, replaced two termite-damaged fence support pieces, replaced the caulking around our master bathroom shower floor and around a bathroom faucet, caulked around our dog door, repaired a loose kitchen cabinet door hinge, and even reattached a piece of quarter round that had come loose - which I had tried unsuccessfully to glue back down myself with multiple types of glue! We were especially impressed by how knowledgeable and versatile Sam was. Whether the job involved plumbing, carpentry, painting, caulking, repairs, or installation, he knew exactly what to do and did it carefully and efficiently. He was also a pleasure to have in our home - friendly, courteous, and easy to communicate with. To have this many different projects completed so well in a single day, and at such a reasonable price, exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We will absolutely request Sam again the next time we need a handyman and highly recommend him and Ace Handyman Services!
