  Extremely disappointed with these people. I called these people up just to fix a simple problem. My Garage Door was squeaking everytime I opened and closed it. I knew it wasn't a serious problem just a minor issue but they wanted to charge me a service fee just to come to my House and God knows what they were going to charge me to fix it. So I did some research on my own and you know what, it wasn't even a problem. You see it's just like everything you just have to do regular maintenance like changing your oil in your car All the Garage needed was a just a good lubricant that you can purchase from Walmart that will cost you $7.00 or $8.00 and you can do it in seconds. It's not hard at all. If you go to my YouTube Channel "John's Travels in Texas" and then to my playlist called "My Garage" I will show you in a quick video. You see these people could have told me that and I would have had a lot of respect but they just wanted a few bucks to show up play around with the garage door, act like they really did something and ask you to pull out your credit card. Now if my Garage was broken well then it requires some expertise but it wasn't. Be very careful and research your problem before you call.

  Yesterday I needed an emergency repair on my garage door when the spring broke. Henry Hauk was sent out to get it taken care of on a Sunday evening. He had the absolute best attitude and his professionalism was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. He gave me options for repairs and never pushed me into going with the most expensive job which I really appreciate. Once he started working, he was so efficient and got the job done way quicker than I expected. When he was done he stuck around to make sure I understood everything he just fixed and didn’t try to just work and leave. The pricing is very fair and I can’t recommend A1 and Henry Enough. I’m thankful I went with them.

  Stephen was outstanding! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with both our garage door and opener. I really appreciated his honesty and the way he made sure we understood our options. The service was excellent from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Stephen and this company to my friends and family for any future garage door needs.

  Stephen from A1 Garage Door Service was fantastic! He arrived on time, was professional, respectful, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my garage door system. He explained everything clearly and pointed out a few issues that could lead to bigger (and undoubtedly more expensive) problems down the road if left unchecked. Did I spend a little more than I originally planned? Sure. But that's apparently the membership fee for living in 2026. 😆 The good news is that Stephen worked within my budget as much as possible and helped me make informed decisions without any pressure. It's refreshing to find a technician who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. My garage door is running smoothly, and I have peace of mind knowing potential future problems were caught early. Thank you, Stephen, and A1 Garage Door Service, for the excellent service!

  Imagine having a situation where your garage door is damaged and becomes inoperable. You call a company who previously did some minor repairs for you in order to get an estimate. The technician tells you it will be $600 (online search says up to $450 for a actual track repair) to put it back on the tracks in order to even provide you with a repair cost. The repair cost of the old door is understandably not economical. You are now on the hook for the $600, but don’t worry they will put that towards a new door. The technician then puts you on the phone with the salesman who tries to pressure pitch you with a one day only sale. Takes you 30 min just to get him to understand you only want the price and you will consider your potential purchase in the coming days. He continues to pressure you requiring you to eventually lose your cool. Only to find out the next day you can get a comparable door from a reputable company for half the cost. You then attempt to reach out to the company to discuss your negative experience in a private manner, but no one is available to take your call. You leave a message with agent who states a manager will call me back within 1-2 business days. It takes 6 business days for a call. You return the missed call after being out of town, but have to leave another message. It has now been 4 additional business days. You give up and post your review. All around really poor experience. I wish I had left the door hanging from the tracks and called someone else sooner. I am confident many people leaving these positive reviews have actually overpaid for said services.
