  My A/C unit stopped working at 3am. Called Earl's at 8:10am. Juan Zavala (technician) was at my house and fixed my problem by 10:45am. He also answered other questions to help me figure out future plans for my HVAC concerns. Great service with a knowledgeable technician who told me he's been doing this work since 2009. Not many companies can hold onto employees that long so I would recommend these guys to anyone. Much thanks to this local company.

  Oh wow. Our very first experience with the HVAC dept. was so horrible. Our system was working fine. We just wanted the systems maintenanced an properly cleaned. They came out looked at our system. They broke the drip line that caused condensation to build up. It set the floater off. That caused our system to shut off. They are scammers an con artists. After breaking an rigging it up to look normal. They couldn't come out immediately to fix their own wrong doing. They would leave us for late evening next day. With it being scorching hot in the home an outside. It was so horrible. We called another company. They came out in an hour of calling them. They pointed out everything of the wrong doing from this company. Fixed it all in short amount of time. So wat I say is we do not in no way or form recommend this company. The workers that broke our system also injured one of our dogs. With a swollen mouth an a hole in his leg. Our dog is not violent, he's 17yrs old. He can barely walk. An they beat him severely. We Don not appreciate yall at all. Yall really need to do better. Or hire better employees. Yall are a horrible company.. Straight trash not recommended

  The employees showed up ready and eager to work. The technician solved all of my plumbing problems and was wonderful to have in my home. Hiring someone to make repairs can be stressful—especially when you’re worried that the work could become expensive—but he listened carefully, addressed every concern I had, and made the entire experience feel easy. He did an excellent job, and I would specifically request the same technician for any future plumbing work. I’m very pleased with the service I received and would absolutely recommend Earl’s Plumbing & Air.
