  Ralph from True Blue Heat and Air came out to address airflow and temperature issues in our home. My husband discovered a blocked vent that was causing the problem, but Ralph didn’t perform any maintenance or offer guidance on how to care for or extend the life of our current HVAC system. Instead, his focus seemed to be on selling a new unit. While the system is working properly, we caution others to get a second opinion before making any major decisions with this company.

  Jace was very helpful and informative and did a great job in with my tune up on my a/c unit and I got the membership package which will save me on maintenance in the future.

  Ralph was absolutely amazing! Thankfully no major repair and he was able to get my A/C running cold again. He also took some time to educate me if the same thing happens again. I'll definitely be using this company again if needed. Hopefully not any time soon and I'll be requesting Ralph. I'll be spreading the good word about this company as well!! Thank you Ralph and Thank you True Blue 😉
