  Francisco arrived at the start of the appt window - appreciated that. He was friendly, worked quickly, cleaned up well and provided a little extra feature to the completed job. All very much appreciated. Down side - the plumbing industry should not get away with charging a fee up front just for giving an estimate. Other industries manage their office expenses, scheduling, transportation costs... all without charging just to show up. I feel like I just paid the plumbing company a tip. If tipping, it should go to the guy that did the work in the summer heat.

  My neighborhood used this company so I decided to try it and they did a wonderful job and were very kind and easy to work with! I would definitely use them again!!

  Wow!!! What great service. I appreciated how David walked me through the steps and explained everything. He is an amazing detective - found the problem and has a great solution. I highly recommend InTown Plumbing

  Quick appointment setting. David was friendly and thorough, he explained each step and showed the results of the tests. I would use Intown plumbing again and recommend them to others.

  David did an outstanding job! He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was causing the issue with my sink and how he was going to fix it. He quickly augered the drain, got everything flowing properly again, and made sure everything was working before he left. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and courteous he was throughout the entire visit. It’s refreshing to have a technician who communicates so well and truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend David for any plumbing needs!
