My issue stems from being told “I’ll take care of you” because of a prior past service issue and not feeling that at all. Upon calling the ownership and reminding him he seemed clueless about the 25 min prior conversation. The service tech called him and said apply a $55 gift card, on a $1700 bill. I don’t feel valued or cared about as a customer by them. Maybe your experience will be different, hard to say. This is twice now I have felt lack luster with how I was treated.

Then, he proceded to perform regular maintenance job to make sure everything was in perfect shape to operate the door safely and efficiently. Chance also told me that I should have the door checked every year(to avoid all the problems that he has to fix.) THANKS, CHANCE!!! I learned a lot!!!🤓
