  As someone who purchased a Beazer home in June 2022, I am deeply disappointed with my experience. What was supposed to be my forever retirement home has turned into years of frustration and unresolved issues. As of August 2026, my air conditioning system has completely failed, the wireless hot water tank provides inconsistent hot water, and I have experienced ongoing electrical problems and outages. The garage door was also installed improperly, creating openings that allowed mice into the home. These concerns have been reported to Beazer over the years, yet many issues were never fully or appropriately addressed. Unfortunately, my interactions with the warranty department have been especially disappointing, as I found them to be dismissive, unresponsive, and at times rude. I am also disappointed by the amount of short-term rental and investment property activity throughout the community. When I purchased my home, I was told that Beazer was intentionally selling homes to primary-residence buyers. That has not been my experience. There are now several rental properties throughout the neighborhood, which has resulted in heavier traffic and a constant turnover of unfamiliar people. It can be uncomfortable when you never know who your neighbors—or the people coming and going around you—will be. Building a home is one of the largest investments a person can make, and I expected better support, accountability, and transparency when serious problems arose. If I could go back, I would not choose to purchase this home again. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important for potential buyers to understand my experience before making such a significant decision. And that doesn’t even begin to cover the challenges with the HOA.
