  We had our second floor hvac system leak into our bedroom ceiling. The crew at Texas Dry Out & Restoration responded very quickly and were out the next morning to asses. They were professional and courteous every step of the way, explained everything in detail and left no surprises. They did turn-key water & mold mitigation, drywall repair, texture & repaint. I honestly cannot tell that we ever had a leak! While I hope to never have to use them again, if I ever need this type of work they are 100% my first call.

  I used this team when I had an unexpected leak in my walls from a faulty guest bathroom. I was at a complete loss on what to do, but Diego and his team helped me through the whole process. They responded immediately, were able to get out the same day for an inspection, explained to me what the remediation process would be and I also used them for the build back after the remediation work was completed. It could have been such a stressful situation, but I felt completely taken care of by this team. We ended up getting an unexpected opportunity to remodel and we love it the finished product so much. I hope no one else has to discover wet carpet from water seeping out of your walls, but if you do, you should consider this company. I will definitely use them again if I ever need similar services.

They walked us through exactly where the water had traveled using a moisture meter, finding hidden damage we never would have discovered on our own. Their dust containment was impressive, keeping the rest of our home completely clean and protected throughout the entire process. They also used thermal imaging to locate moisture hidden inside our walls that we never would have seen. Our home was fully restored to its original condition, custom finishes and hardwood floors included.   Francois (the owner) responded quickly to my initial inquiry and in coming out to inspect the aftermath of a leak from our shower into our closet. He and his son, Diego, not only gave an informed evaluation of the situation and what they could do, but they looked at all of the plumbing areas in the house and gave good pointers about what else might need some attention (by a plumber, AC guy, etc.)down the road. They were thorough and explained everything very well. Francois kept in touch (texts, calls, stopping by) throughout the whole mitigation and rebuild process. He and his team were polite and respectful. They arrived when they said they would. They protected our home from the work, including a plastic enclosure, plastic to cover our carpet, paper covering on the floor areas where they would walk, etc. Mauricio and Horacio were hard workers, and did truly excellent work repairing and painting. And everything got cleaned up when the project was completed. The damaged area now looks brand new - much better than it did prior to the leak!
