  My commode started leaking Sunday afternoon. I turned off the valve but it continued to leak. I set up an appointment online for Monday morning. It was very easy to do and Noah was here on time. It was actually the commode supply line that was leaking. Replacing the supply line fixed that.. He also checked our water pressure & it was too high. I knew we had a pressure relief valve installed years ago. After he started digging, he found it but it wasn’t working. Replaced that and we are good to go. Noah was pleasant to work with and explained what needed to be done. Thanks, Plumbing Outfitters for another successful service experience!

  Erick was very through with giving us an estimate for any items and also showed us the value of becoming a member of the discounts received. Well, he was there, giving us an estimate. We found some problems that he took care of immediately that were covered under the membership items. He was very respectful and thorough.

  Noah had done some plumbing work for me before so I requested him for a new plumbing situation. He did an excellent job and cleaned up everything before he left. I will definitely call for Noah at Plumbing Outfitters if needed in the future.

  I would highly recommend Plummer’s Outfitters. We had a small leak in our walls and he was able to detect it quickly and get it stopped before further damage is done to our home! He also checked our home PSI which ended up reading way to high and recommended we change our faulty PSI detector which we did. If you have plumbing problems give them a call you won’t regret it!

  Sam was very nice and professional. You guys responded very quickly and got somebody to my house within hours of me making the phone call. I have no complaints at all about the promptness and professionalism of the staff at all. But I spent 1200 bucks to replace my pressure release valve and water cutoff for no change in water pressure at all. I was told that’s what I needed to raise my pressure from 60 to 75 or more and then after the service was done it was still at 60 and I was told well that’s just what pressure the city must be putting out. Is there not a way to check the main line pressure to make sure I’m going to get more pressure before I spend 1200 bucks to get 0 extra pressure? The service was great but the end result was me spending 1200 dollars and being told sorry but that’s just the pressure that’s being put out. So there was nothing wrong with my other valve and definitely not the cutoff.
