We communicated mainly through email and texts and he was totally patient while I drug my feet getting other projects completed first. He kept on top of the project and checked in appropriately to make sure I had everything needed from his end to move forward. Once I was ready to pull the trigger they were available the next business day for the install. I'm a happy customer and the carpets look great! Thanks Brian!
