  Wonderful service with very competitive pricing. They are professional. Prepared and came on time working and, done! Amazing result. Our sales guy is Brian and he was so sweet from beginning to end. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone need new carpet/flooring.

  These guys do work with Ventana Oaks Apartment complex and though I'm sure they do good work, I'm being told they told Ventana that carpets needed to get replaced and now I am being charged with the bill. Ventana refuses to have any responsibility even though they forced me to not have a working AC unit for 4 months. I highly suggest this company stops working with Ventana Oaks. In Response: Yes, I am upset at Ventana oaks and unfortunately you choosing to do business with an un-ethical company makes you liable. If you'd like to reach out to Ventana and let them know they should change their practices I'd be happy to remove this 1 star review. If you continue to do business with them however, then you should be made apparent to the way they take advantage of their customers and residents.

  Brian Dover and his team did an excellent job repairing a moderate tear by re-seaming the carpet. The process went smoothly, the price was reasonable, and the repaired carpet is still holding up strong after 3 months as I write this review. Highly recommend Lone Star Carpet!
