  The Kinsey team scheduled and completed my water heater replacement on the SAME day. This is the first time that I have had such a professional and efficient service firm experience, ever. The estimate was reasonable and there were no surprises when it came time for payment. Call Kinsey first and just let them get it done.

  The problem didnt show up while the tech was here but I appreciated Dalton for not guessing and throughly checking everything he thought could make the noise I heard in the attic when I lowered my thermostat during the night. It was a deep low frequency booming vibration and it left when I raised the thermostat back to where it was. I could tell Dalton really hated he couldn't find the problem but I appreciated him being honest and saying it was what he thought it may be and saying it needs ti be replaced. I would ask for him in the future. Since there was a $79.00 technician charge, he said if it happens again within 2 to 3 days, he would not charge another svc fee to return again.

  Andy Garcia arrived during the time frame Kinsey set for our Plumbing maintenance service, checking all aspects of our plumbing, to include water heater and water softener/filter system, and also upgraded 1/4 turn hose bibs with new vacuum breakers. He was thorough and friendly, explaining his work. We maintain an annual maintenance contract for HVAC and plumbing, and remain satisfied with the service performance that Kinsey provides.

  James was great! He successfully evaluated our situation, unfortunately, the issue was an electricity issues and not an HVAC issue so we need to call an electrician. He gave us a recommendation but I was unable to contact him. James was personable, very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to others.
