  We had a great experience with Kinsey heating and air. Our hvac stopped working in one of our rentals and Rueben and Dalton got us up an running within an hours of calling. It meant so much to us especially in this 100 degree weather. We are huge fans!

  A huge shoutout to Kinsey Heating & Air for an outstanding job replacing my complete HVAC system! They also added insulation in the attic and installed an additional supply and return in the master bedroom. Special thanks to Shawn Curry, the technician who helped me with the replacement estimate and took the time to explain everything clearly. And a BIG thank you to the installation team, Mariano and Gonzalo! These guys were true professionals and clearly knew exactly what they were doing—from the complete HVAC replacement to all the additional work that needed to be done. Their workmanship and attention to detail were quality at its best. They were polite, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions along the way. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Professional service, quality workmanship, and a great team. I highly recommend the Kinsey Heating & Air crew!

  The landlord hired the company to replace the AC so I can’t speak to pricing but I know the landlords got quotes from four companies before settling on this one. I was the one home and met with Mariano and Gonzalo - apologies if I got their names wrong! They worked hard and all in all it took about a half day’s work. Both were friendly and communicated well as I worked from home through the service. They walked me through the replacement, changes to the air filters, how the new thermostat worked, etc. Hopefully no more ac break downs in the height of summer for the foreseeable future!

  I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a fair pricing and honest work. I knew I had various problems with my HVAC system due to another company's inspection. After doing some research I realized the original company didn't have my best interest in mind. And that my best course of action was to find a locally owned and operated company. Kinsey Services listened to my concerns and offered me solutions that actually made sense and they never tried to upsell me nor was I being nickled and dimed. They replaced my ductwork and added a return and supplies to fix my pressure issues. They had no issue pulling a permit for this work and the city inspector was impressed with the quality of said work. Shout out to Shaun who diagnosed and designed the solution and to Mariano and team who did a great and thorough job with the ductwork and lastly to the owner who originally listened to my concerns and threw in something extra for free (after I agreed to the project). Who does that today in this day and age? Someone who cares about their customers. If you are looking for a company with fair pricing, that do great work and have your best interest in mind, then give them a call.
