  Called Gator a few weeks back because we thought our door needed to be replaced......a previous tech had said we needed one. Brady came out and gave it a detailed inspection. He recommended some basic repairs and maintenance instead which we did. The door works great, no problems since then! Really appreciate the honest work!

  When our garage door motor was struck by lightning during the recent severe storms, we were worried we’d be without a functioning door for days. We were notified that Brady Griffin would be coming out and that he was a new employee. But let me tell you—new does NOT mean inexperienced! Brady was an absolute professional. He diagnosed the electrical damage immediately and walked us through our options without any pressure. He clearly knows his stuff. He installed a new, upgraded opener for us, and the difference is night and day. Our garage is right under the main bedroom, and the new unit is so incredibly quiet that we can barely hear it running! It also feels much smoother and more secure.
