  My clients always love it when I take them through Chesmar homes. You can really see the design difference that sets them apart from other builders in the neighborhood. I’m excited to be working with Chesmar now on a new build or some wonderful friends.

  We have been living in our new house for only 1.5 years. During this time, we have noticed a lot of poorly performed work. At first was the windows were almost all scratched and defective. Now its shower , what we paid extrs 3k for custom work, but As it turned out, the workers did poor quality work, installed the tiles incorrectly, water began to seep under them, mold appeared, and there was a disgusting smell. We had to hire a specialist to fix the work of the workers Chesmar and again paid 4K . Be watchful and double check everything before closing or another way will be paying again for fixing Chesmar work
